1. These terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of AlertContent.com and the AlertContent software workspace, operated by PUMPLE LLC, 17 Church St Unit 2, South Orange, NJ 07079. By purchasing a licence or using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the product.

2. What AlertContent is

AlertContent is content-monitoring and information-organisation software. It lets you define monitoring rules, organise subjects into watchlists, review matched content in an alert inbox, save and tag findings, and assemble digests and reports.

AlertContent is not an emergency alerting service, a public-warning system, a security incident-response platform, or a source of guaranteed breaking news. It does not promise that every relevant item will be detected, and it makes no claim to index the entire web.

3. Licences and the one-time model

Each AlertContent plan is sold as a one-time purchase of a licence at that capability level: Signal $2.95, Watchlist $9.95, Monitor $19.95, Analyst $29.95, Team Desk $39.95, Newsroom $49.95, Command Center $79.95.

There is no subscription, no monthly or annual billing, no automatic renewal and no recurring charge of any kind. There is no free plan and no free trial. You will be billed one time for the licence you select, plus the optional support add-on if you choose it.

4. Optional 7-Day Priority Support

7-Day Priority Support is an optional one-time add-on of $5.00. It is never preselected and is only added if you tick it yourself in the cart or at checkout. It provides prioritised handling of support requests for seven calendar days from the date of purchase. It does not renew, does not extend automatically, and can be removed before you pay.

5. Purchase flow

Selecting a licence on the pricing page adds it to your cart. The cart shows the exact plan name and price you selected, lets you change or remove it, and lets you add or remove Priority Support. Proceeding to checkout carries that exact selection through unchanged. If your cart is empty, no order is created and checkout will not invent one.

6. Payment

Prices are in US dollars. You pay once, at checkout, for the total shown: the licence price, plus $5.00 if you added Priority Support yourself. Card statements show alertcontent.

This website does not store card details in your browser, in cookies or in our records.

7. Availability

Checkout is available only to customers in the United States and Canada. The country selector contains only those two countries.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use AlertContent to infringe the rights of others, to circumvent access controls on third-party websites, or in a way that breaches applicable law. Monitoring rules you create are your responsibility, including their compliance with the terms of the sources you monitor.

9. No professional reliance

AlertContent is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, security or emergency monitoring. Do not rely on it as your only source of information where the consequences of a missed item are material.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PUMPLE LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of the product, including loss arising from an item that was not detected, was detected late, or was matched incorrectly by a rule.
