Digital Products Terms of Sale

1. What you are buying

A single one-time licence to use the AlertContent workspace at the capability level of the plan you purchased. The plan name and exact price shown on the pricing page carry through the cart to checkout without change.

2. Prices

Signal $2.95. Watchlist $9.95. Monitor $19.95. Analyst $29.95. Team Desk $39.95. Newsroom $49.95. Command Center $79.95. All are one-time prices in US dollars. Optional 7-Day Priority Support is $5.00 one-time.

The total due is the licence price plus $5.00 if, and only if, you added Priority Support yourself.

3. No recurring billing

No plan on this website is a subscription. There is no monthly price, no annual price, no billing toggle, no renewal and no stored payment method for future charges. Digest cadence settings inside the product (daily, weekly or manual) are workflow options and have no effect on billing.

4. No free tier

Every AlertContent plan is paid. There is no free plan, no $0 tier and no free trial.

5. Delivery

Licence access is delivered to the email address entered at checkout. Because the product is digital, delivery is immediate on completion of a real purchase.

6. Licence scope

Seat counts are set by the plan: single-seat on Signal through Analyst, three seats on Team Desk, six on Newsroom, twelve on Command Center. Licences are for use by you or your organisation and may not be resold or sublicensed.

7. Capability limits

Rule, watchlist, saved-search, digest and export limits are stated per plan on the pricing page and apply as published. They are product limits, not claims about how much of the web is covered.
