Everything arrives at once.

Search alerts send whatever matched one word. Feed readers send everything a publisher printed. Neither knows what you are responsible for, so the sorting lands on you.

One word, every match. A keyword alert fires on every use of the word, job posts and webinar invitations included. In AlertContent, exclusions strip that recurring noise, so a rule fires only on the case you care about.

One subject, twelve feeds. Coverage of one subject is spread across a dozen unrelated feeds. A watchlist collects the subject once, and every matching alert inherits it.

Yesterday’s item, buried. The one item that mattered sits somewhere in a scroll of three hundred. Read, unread, saved and archived states give review a beginning and an end.

Reports from memory. Reporting on what happened usually means rebuilding it from memory. Volume, source mix and the top matched phrases are already in the report view.

Licence questions.

Is this a one-time purchase?

Yes. Each licence is bought once at the price shown. Signal is $2.95, Command Center is $79.95, and the five plans between them sit at the prices listed on the pricing page.

Will I be billed monthly?

No. There is no monthly price, no annual price, no billing toggle and no renewal. You are billed one time for the licence you select.

Is there a free trial?

No. AlertContent has no free trial of any length.

Is there a free plan?

No. There is no free plan and no $0 tier. The lowest paid licence is Signal at $2.95.

How do I choose a plan?

Match the plan to how many rules, watchlists and seats you need. The comparison table on the pricing page sets out the limits side by side; buying a higher licence later is a separate one-time purchase.

What happens after I select a plan?

The licence is added to your cart with its exact name and price. From the cart you can change it, remove it, add Priority Support, and then continue to checkout.

How does the cart work?

It holds one licence plus the optional support add-on, shows the subtotal and total, and keeps your selection as you move between pages. An empty cart shows an empty state rather than inventing an order.

How do I proceed to checkout?

Open the cart and choose Proceed to checkout. The checkout reads the plan, the support add-on and the total straight from your cart, so the three can never disagree.

What is 7-Day Priority Support?

An optional one-time $5.00 add-on giving prioritised support for the first seven calendar days after purchase. It is unchecked by default and only added if you tick it yourself.

Is Priority Support recurring?

No. It is charged once, covers seven calendar days, and does not renew or extend automatically.

How do I access the software after purchase?

Licence access is delivered to the email address you enter at checkout. The workspace opens in the browser; nothing is installed.

Is AlertContent an emergency alert service?

No. It is content-monitoring and information-organisation software. It is not an emergency alerting service or public-warning system, and it does not guarantee that every relevant item will be detected.
