King Charles III today revealed that he has lost his sense of taste during cancer treatment as visited the Army Flying Museum in Hampshire.

The monarch was speaking to British Army veteran Aaron Mapplebeck who told Charles that he underwent chemotherapy last year for testicular cancer.

Mr Mapplebeck mentioned how he lost his sense of taste – and the King revealed that this had also happened to him too.

Buckingham Palace has not yet confirmed details of the King’s treatment.
