Malin continued: ‘This time of year always gets me. There’s no denying that I’ve showed you guys how to overcome pain.. but honestly it never goes away. In fact I’m notorious for acting like I’m okay all the time when I’m not.
‘I can list you a few things, it will make me feel better releasing them to ya’ll. I still have pain in my heart from my mum each and every day, plus my little Consy Whenever I see Xay’s dad on a handover my heart hurts a bit but I know it ain’t right.
‘When I have a wine nowadays I just over drink and can’t stop at one so now it has to be nothing. Clearly still numbing something there.
‘I feel lonely in my house and feel like downsizing but I like it when it’s full of life and friends I feel lost with work because there’s so much pressure to post and compete and I don’t have it in me, I just wanna stay authentic to myself but I feel social media can make me become the opposite.
‘I just wanna live in Uggs and not dress up for Instagram. Back on the fluoxetine cos whenever I stop taking it I think I’m fine then enter the same kinda cycles
‘Mammogram for my right boob next week is freaking me out. But yeah – I’m just showing you guys no matter how much healing you do things still pop up. It’s fine.
‘It’s what life is. I just know I’ll see the light again soon, perhaps this Little Rock bottom is just teaching me to relax and be me again. I know I’ll be fine. I’ve had darker darkness before.. But yeah.
‘Hope this helps someone out there normalise their feelings. We are all human after all.’
