A woman is accused of stealing $50,000 from a man who was paying her as a ‘sugar daddy’ for a weekend when she ditched him as he attended a show of U2’s residency at the new Las Vegas Sphere.

U2’s residency at Sphere has been attracting fans from all over the world and has received critical acclaim.

One of them, a man in his 50s attending the October 14 show, connected with Hailey McNally on a ‘Seeking Arrangement’ site about five weeks earlier.

The victim set up a weekend with McNally, who was described as being in her 20s, in Las Vegas with him referring to himself as a ‘sugar daddy’ and paying $2,500 for the weekend. They did not have sex despite discussing it beforehand.

McNally and the victim met on October 13, with him presenting her with the cash before they went to a pool and dinner, where the victim got drunk, according to a police report.

She got the man to his bed at Caesars Palace Hotel and Casino before leaving that night, returning the next morning where she found him gambling with his friends.

The victim presented McNally with another $400, which she gambled and won $3,100 on that day, 8NewsNow reported.

McNally then asked the victim if she could put her purse inside of his security safe in his room.

He gave her a code to unlock the safe, where she put her pursed next to about $50,000 in cash and another $7,000 in poker chips, authorities stated.

That Saturday night, McNally joined the victim and his friends at the eighth performance of the Irish’s band’s Las Vegas residency at the billion-dollar, recently opened venue.

McNally told the victim she needed to hit the bathroom and left in the middle of the concert.

He noticed she had been gone for about 15 minutes and texted her asking if she was alright, only to receive no response.

Another 35 minutes went by before the victim decided to call security at Caesars Palace, asking them to lock down his room.

Upon returning to the room, he discovered the safe was empty, with both the cash and chips taken.

McNally was caught on surveillance video entering the 24th floor of the hotel where the room was located at about 9:30 p.m., about a half hour after she said she’d gone to the bathroom.

Police say that shortly after, she is seen getting back on the elevator with several bags.

She was arrested on October 17. McNally claimed to police that the victim had been ‘sexually aggressive and was touching her inappropriately,’ making her uncomfortable.

McNally claimed that she only ever took her purse, other belongings and the casino chips and never stole the cash.

McNally, who was released on bail, faces a court date on November 22.
