Sir George, known as the ‘Fifth Beatle’, died aged 90 on March 8, 2016.

He was said to have died peacefully at home in Coleshill, near Swindon, then leaving behind his second wife Judy and his four children.

He helped The Beatles achieve global success while head of the Parlophone record label after hearing their demo tape in 1962, taking a chance on the young band when they had been refused by every other record label.

After the death of the legendary music producer, his widow Lady Judy was closely supported by family and friends.

But in 2018 she endured a terrifying incident as she was watching television on her own late at night at her Oxfordshire home.

She heard the sound of breaking glass and saw two masked men smashing their way into her conservatory.

She quickly made her way upstairs and locked herself in the bathroom, where she dialled 999 after discovering two intruders at her house.

Uniformed officers arrived with sirens blaring within minutes, forcing the pair to flee empty-handed.

Despite support from a police helicopter with a thermal imaging camera, the suspects escaped.
