Nathalie Moar, the woman responsible for helping to create Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ image, has abruptly quit her post in the wake of his arrest and jailing in connection with a federal sex trafficking case, DailyMail.com can exclusively reveal.

Moar, 55, was head of communications for the disgraced rapper for more than two decades, but on Wednesday morning, her phone had been disconnected and her email was ‘no longer active,’ just months after she described Diddy’s work as ‘truly humbling.’

‘Nathalie is gone,’ the source said. ‘She is 100 percent gone. She quit today and had no other choice. She had to quit what else was she going to do? This situation left her with no other option.

‘Diddy was her entire world. She will surely be deposed for this if she has not been already. She has most likely had her cell phone confiscated – who knows what is on there.’

The n native, who initially moved to New York City to start a career as a commercial photographer, was hand picked by Combs, 54, to be part of his leadership team back in the late 1990s and was by his side as he grew his $400 million empire.

She served as executive vice president of communications at Combs Enterprises where she played an extensive role in shaping his image and his portfolio of businesses, starting with his fashion label, Sean John, in 1998.

She went on to launch both Sean John’s Unforgivable and I Am King fragrances, Cîroc Vodka variants, the Bad Boy Reunion Tour and the documentary Can’t Stop Won’t Stop: A Bad Boy Story, as well as working on his VOTE OR DIE and Diddy Runs the City campaigns.

Moar, who is CEO if Moar Magic, stuck by Combs in the wake of his ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura’s lawsuit against the music mogul back in November, in which the singer claimed he engaged in sex trafficking and abused her.

She was also on hand to serve up statements from Diddy’s attorneys after Homeland Security raided his properties in Miami and Los Angeles back in March as part of the ongoing investigation into his alleged sex trafficking.

‘Up until Cassie’s tape, a lot of people around Diddy were skeptical of the accusations,’ the insider said. ‘But after that people started dropping off left and right because they saw the monster he was. He could no longer hide it.

‘Nathalie stuck with him after that. It is now reckoning time for him, and for everyone else involved.’

The insider claimed those who worked for the rapper were told to refer to him as ‘Mr. Combs,’ adding: ‘Everyone looked at him like a God. There were so many people around him at all times.’

Moar, whose Instagram bio currently reads ‘ON VACATION,’ talked about her relationship with Diddy in an interview with Making The Boss in July 2023, in which she praised his ‘drive’ and said she enjoyed being around his ‘energy.’

¿Nathalie is gone,¿ the source said. ¿She is 100 percent gone. She quit today and had no other choice. She had to quit what else was she going to do?

‘I’m very similar to him in his drive. He’s very driven,’ she said. ‘If you want something bad enough, you got to fight for it. There’s nothing that’s been put on his plate – given to him. He’s a hardworking individual. He’s dominated this industry for over 30 years. It didn’t come because he sat around and did nothing.’

She continued: ‘He doesn’t take no for an answer and neither do I… I’m like him. I will fight to the bitter end to get the things that we want – that I want for myself, personally… for what he might want for his businesses and his career… I like being around that energy.’

Moar, whose previous client portfolio includes Bon Jovi and Britney Spears among others, lavished praise on the businessman the following month, telling LA Confidential that they had a relationship built on ‘trust.’

‘Working alongside Mr. Combs for over two decades has granted us an intuitive understanding of each other,’ she said. ‘It’s a relationship built on trust and an understanding of his vision.’

She said collaborating with Moar on ‘building his brand, public persona and iconic campaigns’ had been one of her career highlights.

‘Witnessing the enduring impact of his efforts on culture and society has been truly humbling,’ she said.

The star's former on-again-off-again girlfriend, R&B singer Cassie, made claims against Combs that were settled the day after they were filed back in November

The star’s former on-again-off-again girlfriend, R&B singer Cassie, made claims against Combs that were settled the day after they were filed back in November

Speaking to Forbes about their rapport in December 2022, she said the pair are so in tune that she doesn’t even ‘have to speak to him to know what he wants.’

‘I know what he wants,’ she said. ‘I know how he wants it. That makes it a lot easier. He doesn’t have to worry…’

The music mogul pleaded not guilty on Tuesday to racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking. He is accused of inducing female victims and male sex workers into drugged-up, sometimes days long sexual performances dubbed ‘Freak Offs.’

The indictment against him also alleges he coerced and abused women for years while using blackmail and shocking acts of violence to keep his victims in line. It refers obliquely to an attack on his former girlfriend, Ventura, that was captured on video.

His attorneys proposed that he be released on a $50 million bond to home detention with electronic monitoring but U.S. Magistrate Judge Robyn Tarnofsky denied it.

‘Mr. Combs is a fighter,’ his lawyer, Marc Agnifilo, said after court. ‘He’s going to fight this to the end. He’s innocent.’

As a start, he said he would appeal the bail decision.

The Bad Boy Records founder is accused of striking, punching and dragging women, throwing objects and kicking them – and getting his personal assistants, security and household staff to help him hide it all.

‘Not guilty,’ Combs told a court, standing to speak after listening to the allegations with his uncuffed hands folded in his lap.

Following his arrest, DailyMail.com reported that executives and music labels are making contingency plans should damaging information emerge.

‘There are at least five execs who have been advised to explore their options as they will not be protected by the shareholders if any allegations emerge,’ a source said on Tuesday.

The source noted that ‘the labels are petrified because recording companies tend to be dragged into lawsuits,’ and that ‘encouraging potentially troublesome executives to clean up their acts is their way of protecting themselves.’
