Tammy Hembrow has flaunted her eye-popping assets after admitting to undergoing cosmetic surgery earlier this month.
The 30-year-old influencer took to Instagram on Wednesday to treat her fans to her new look as she recovers from a breast implant revision procedure.
Wearing a skimpy bikini, the creator of the TammyFit App showed that even while she recovers from surgery, she still knows how to turn heads.
In the caption to her post, she wrote ‘getting warmer’, a nod to ‘s imminent Spring months.
The busty blonde also posted to Instagram just weeks ago to hash out the details of the surgery with her followers as she wore a pink post-procedure bra.
Tammy said she had her old implants were removed eight years after first getting them inserted, and implanted new ones which were bigger and closer together.
According to watchdog account Influencer Updates AU: ‘She went bigger to avoid having a lift as that would have meant more scars.
‘She got [the surgery] done at One Cosmetic in Sydney. She currently has lots of swelling and bloating from the anaesthetic.’

Initially, Tammy had raised concerns when she snapped a photo of herself in hospital but didn’t specify what her procedure was for at the time.
‘Just had surgery. Will be posting a YouTube video about it when I’m a bit more recovered,’ she wrote in the caption.
A short time later, Tammy shared another picture to her Stories which showed a bunch of red roses, Haribo ‘Tangfasties’ lollies, Oreos and a bottle of water.
In the caption to her post, she wrote ‘getting warmer’, displaying anticipation for the warmer months to come
There was also a note, written by Tammy’s fiancé Matt Zukowski, which read: ‘I love you, always and forever xox. Matthew.’
Tammy and former Love Island star Zukowski, 28, got engaged in December after just three months of dating and are set to tie the knot in November.
Over the image, Tammy wrote, ‘Coming home to this post-surgery. I love this man,’ followed by a happy crying emoji.

Tammy’s cosmetic surgery came just hours after the influencer shared more details of her extravagant wedding plans.
In a series of photos posted to her profile, she looked glamorous in a white figure-hugging gown.
She posed with her groom-to-be, who wore a white shirt exposing his chest as the couple shared a kiss.
Tammy also shared a picture with her sisters, Amy and Emilee, who wore sleek black and mint dresses respectively.
In one photo, the bride-to-be also shared a selection of food, including oysters, arancini, and sandwiches.
In the caption to the post, the social media star wrote: ‘Wedding menu tasting.’
The influencer, who has been engaged twice but never married, also expressed her incredulity that her wedding was happening this year.
‘Still can’t believe I’m a 2024 bride,’ she wrote.
