Kit Harington revealed he is ‘missing’ his family as he attended the season three premiere of his hit HBO series Industry in New York on Monday.
The Game Of Thrones star and wife Rose Leslie welcomed their second child, a daughter in June 2023. They are also proud parents to a three-year-old son.
Kit revealed that he recently missed his baby girl ‘taking her first steps’ while he was away filming.
The actor told Extra: ‘My little girl just took her first steps the other day. I’m doing a play in London and I’m missing them a lot.
‘I have a boy and a girl now. I couldn’t be more blessed.

He said: ‘My little girl just took her first steps the other day. I’m doing a play in London and I’m missing them a lot. I have a boy and a girl now. I couldn’t be more blessed’
‘They are the most beautiful children in every single way. They are just gorgeous.’
While attending his drama’s latest premiere at The Metrograph Theater, Kit cut a dapper figure in a navy suit and matching open collar shirt.
The actor, who portrays Henry Muck in the series, seemed in good spirits as he posed with co-stars Sagar Radia and Ken Leung.
Earlier this year, Kit said he and Rose had been more ‘practical’ with her second pregnancy, whereas they took a more ‘romantic’ view of parenthood when they were expecting their son.
He told Entertainment Tonight: ‘We’re really practical about it at the moment. And actually, almost too practical.
‘With our first child there was so, sort of romantic, for one of a better word, and this other one we’re like, ‘Right, okay, let’s get.’ We know how efficient we have to be. Let’s get down to parenting.
‘My mum says that she never remembers us being little kids or the early parenting much, because you’re so present in it. And I think that’s what kids allow you to be, is incredibly present in the moment, ’cause you’ve got no choice.’
It comes after Kit slammed critics of his West End show Slave Play’s controversial ‘black-only night’ branding the idea an ‘incredibly positive thing’.

The production at the Noel Coward Theatre came under fire earlier this year after announcing it would have two performances aimed at an ‘all-black-identifying audience’ that is ‘free from the white gaze’.
At the time a spokesperson for then PM Rishi Sunak branded the idea ‘concerning’ and said arts should be ‘inclusive and open to everyone’.
Kit appeared on BBC’s Sunday with Laura Kuenssberg alongside co-star Olivia Washington and said: ‘Number one if you are white, no-one’s stopping you buying a ticket, it’s not illegal to buy a ticket for that show, if you want to come’.
‘It’s saying “We would prefer the audience to be this”.
‘Number two I’ve been going to the theatre since I was young, with my mum. I’ve only ever really known predominantly white audiences. It is still a particularly white space. So to have the argument that “Oh, this is discriminating against white people” is, I think, vaguely strange and ridiculous’.
