A man has died after being pulled from the water at a beach on Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula.
The man was dragged unresponsive out of the surf at Frankston Beach, off the Nepean Highway, at 4.55pm on Monday.
He was unable to be revived and authorities have still yet to identity him.

‘The death is not being treated as suspicious,’ police said.
A report will be prepared for the coroner.
