Viewers will watch hosts AJ Odudu and Will Best crown the winner of Big Brother 2023, as well as speak to all five finalists in their first live interview since leaving the Big Brother house.

Elsewhere he Big Brother house got emotional on Thursday’s penultimate episode.

The housemates all received their letters from home containing encouraging words from their family and friends – leaving not a dry eye in the house.

Housemates were gathered in the lounge as Big Brother said: ‘Housemates. Before the gates of heaven close for the day, I wanted to give you all the ultimate heavenly gift – your letters from home.’

Reading Noky’s letter to her from her sister, Olivia said: ‘To my best friend, from the second I was born I have looked up to you in every single way – we were meant to be sisters.’

Later reading Henry’s letter to him, Jordan said: ‘You have been your positive, funny, authentic self throughout the whole time in the house and people love you for you.’

Then reading Jordan’s letter to him, Henry said: ‘The whole of my office is watching your every move and they know all about your behaviour in the bushes!

‘Everyone loves your humour and thinks you’re a gentleman. I adore Henry – lifelong friends and potential son-in-law.’

Prompting more tears, reading Olivia’s letter from her parents to her, Noky said: ‘Our darling, gorgeous girl Olivia.

‘We are the proudest mum and dad ever. Gran, Po and James are all so proud but we will warn you now, Gran is wanting a word about your swearing!’

Next up, reading an emotional Yinrun’s letter to her, Matty said: ‘Your parents and grandmother miss you deeply.

‘The whole process of going to the UK was done by you on your own. I saw my girl at her best – adventurous, independent and brave.’

And finally reading Matty’s letter to him, Yinrun said: ‘Dear Matty. It’s been great to watch your friendships with your housemates develop.

‘Your humour, kindness and sensitivity has always been at the heart of everything you’ve done.’

It comes after Big Brother fans were left confused over the ‘missing eviction’ on Wednesday’s episode.

It had been announced on Tuesday that another one of the remaining housemates: Henry, Jordan, Noky, Olivia, Matty and Yinrun would leave just 48 hours before the final.

But the eviction did not air as anticipated and explained by host AJ Odudu the previous night.

Voting opened during Big Brother: Late and Live and closed at 6pm on Wednesday ahead of the evening show.

Fans took to Twitter to react to the lack of eviction as one wrote: ‘Not gonna lie, I’m feeling short changed after that episode… Where was the eviction we were promised last night?!?!’

Another said: ‘Why did I look forward to an eviction all day and buy special eviction snacks for that waste of an hour?!?’

Upset: The housemates all received their letters from home containing encouraging words from their family and friends - leaving not a dry eye in the house (Yinrun is seen)

During the latest episode of Late and Live, AJ clarified that one star had been booted from the house earlier in the day with the identity being revealed during the next highlights show as part of a pre-recorded dumping.

However those watching the Live Stream after Late and Live have been speculating that Matty is now missing from the house.

OLIVIA
