Zac Efron’s brother Dylan Efron stripped down in just a speedo to clarify some recent, viral rumors.
The reality TV personality, 33, showcased his muscular physique in swimwear in his latest Instagram post as he made a joke about his past statements.
The clip addressed his recent statement that went viral when many social media users reacted to him saying people shower too often.
He also went viral after insinuating that he does not shower after swimming.
The Traitors star — who his older brother said he had ‘high hopes’ for prior to him taping the hit reality competition show — jokingly pretended to barely rinse off after exercising.
Then, he walked towards the camera, showing off his ripped physique while wiping water off of his face.

Over the clip, he wrote: ‘Proof I do shower lol. This counts right?’
He also added that he completed a 2.5 kilometer swim and is ‘gettin faster again.’
Last month, Dylan made headlines after his appearance on the Are You Okay? show.
When he was asked to name something he thinks is overrated, he responded: ‘I think people shower too much.’
When asked to elaborate, he explained: ‘We take way too many showers. I go in the pool a lot — like, there’s chlorine. It’s killing everything.’
When the show’s host, Bri Morales, said that he probably wasn’t ‘scrubbing’ his body in a chlorinated pool, Dylan also had a rebuttal.
‘We don’t need to soap our bodies every time we’re in the shower, either. That’s way too much!’
Dylan is the younger brother of former Disney star Zac Efron and recently appeared in season three of The Traitors, the U.S. version of the hit competitive reality series set in a castle in the Scottish Highlands.

Dylan made it all the way to the finale of the Peacock series, but before he even appeared on the show, his older brother sang high praise about him.
Zac previously said he was confident that his younger brother would win and beat all of his costars.
Last June, Zac said he had ‘high hopes’ for his brother.
‘I think he’s going to win,’ Zac said in an interview with Entertainment Tonight in June 2024.
‘He’s really good at games, and I just have a good feeling about it.’
He also added that Dylan has always had luck on his side when it comes to gambling and games.
‘He is just the best at games. Growing up, he was a first-roll-[at-Yahtzee]-kind-of-dude.
