A woman has been arrested for drink driving after she was found to be more than twice the legal limit.

The driver was stopped as part of a Christmas drink driving campaign in Staffordshire.

Ironically, the Ford she was travelling in was adorned with a bumper sticker saying: ‘I’m not drunk, I’m avoiding potholes.’

Officers also found the woman’s 11-year-old son in the car at the time of her arrest.

Police shared an image of this and could not believe that the car had the sticker on.
