A woman who was reprimanded by NYPD cops for allegedly fare evasion and vaping at a subway stop was seen throwing an epic tantrum when police asked for her ID.

The irate passenger was filmed screaming at the officers and even appeared to attempt to slap one of their hands away during the tense standoff.

The clip begins midway through the confrontation, with the woman staring open mouthed as police try to talk to her at what is believed to be a stop in Brooklyn.

‘I don’t have ID,’ she tells them, while clutching what appears to be a $2,000 Goyard bag.

As the officer continues talking to her, she begins raising her voice and getting more worked up.

‘I just told you I don’t have ID so what the f**k do you want me to do? I don’t have ID!’ She screams while gesticulating in the officer’s face before calling him a ‘f***king b****.’

The officer shoves her on the shoulder in an attempt to force her backwards, prompting an even bigger explosion.

‘Bro!’ She yells while lifting her hand as if to slap his away, ‘Don’t f***king push me back.’

The officer continues talking to her inaudibly but to no effect, as she flares up for a second time.

‘I don’t give a f**k, get out of the way!’ She screams while stomping her foot on the ground and slamming her fists like an toddler in a temper tantrum.

She continues to mouth off, calling the officer a ‘b***h’ and waving her arms around wildly.

Eventually, the officers decide they have had enough and each seizes her by one of her arms.

They quickly slap her in handcuffs, prompting disbelief from the now humbled woman.

‘What the hell are you doing?’ She asks as they begin to search her bag, pulling what looks like a wallet out.

‘Why are you arresting me? What the hell,’ she whines.

According to the MTA’s rules, vaping is not permitted anywhere on its property, even at outdoor stations.

The exchange has divided opinion on Instagram where it was first posted, but many have condemned the woman’s behavior.

‘Thank god there are still cops who aren’t going to tolerate people like this woman. There’s hope,’ one person wrote.

‘The entitlement is crazy,’ another added.

‘Thank god there are still cops who aren’t going to tolerate people like this woman. There’s hope,’ one user commented.

However, many accused the police of escalating the situation and questioned why they chose to target her.

‘Police won’t arrest people who assault elders and the innocent but will abuse their power for someone smoking an e cig,’ one person said.

‘He actually didn’t have to put his hands on her,’ another agreed.
