Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs has been sued by a woman who said the rapper threatened her, forced her to consume a beverage and sexually assaulted her more than eight years ago.

The woman accusing Combs, 55, filed the lawsuit in New York State Supreme Court, People reported Thursday after reviewing legal documents in the case.

The woman said in court filings that the incident involving the three-time Grammy-winner occurred at the Los Angeles nightclub Club Playhouse in November of 2016.

The alleged assault took place nine months after Diddy was caught on camera at a hotel in the city assaulting his ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura, 38, which was back in the headlines after Kanye West, 47, defended his one-time collaborator’s conduct in the incident in a torrent of shocking tweets last week.

Lawyers for Combs – who has denied all of the claims against him – issued  Dailymail.com a statement Thursday evening in response to the latest litigation.

‘No matter how many lawsuits are filed – especially by individuals who refuse to put their own names behind their claims – it won’t change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone – man or woman, adult or minor,’ attorneys for Combs said.

The woman is being represented by Houston-based lawyer Tony Buzbee, who is representing more than 100 people accusing Combs of different violations.

‘We are proud to lead this litigation and expect to file several other cases by the end of this week,’ Buzbee told Dailymail.com in an email Thursday evening.

Combs had been hugging her at the time and as she tried to distance herself from him, he relished in the humiliation she had experienced, as he appeared to be ‘amused by her distress,’ the woman said in court filings.

The woman said in the court filing that Combs eventually permitted her to depart the venue, but she felt out of sorts when she took a taxi to the hotel she had been staying at on her visit.

The woman said she ‘felt dizzy, light-headed, and unable to stand without support’ in the court filing, adding that staffers at the hotel rushed to her aid and assisted her in returning to her room.

Combs has pleaded not guilty to sex trafficking charges after his September arrest. He has remained incarcerated at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn awaiting a May 5 trial, after he was refused bail on multiple occasions.

Prosecutors in Combs’ federal case say the music mogul used blackmail and violence in his efforts to silence victims.
