Wendy Williams has broken her silence after undergoing a psychiatric evaluation – and made a surprise call to Good Day New York on Tuesday to give a worrying update.
The TV personality, 60 – who has compared to the assisted living facility she is staying at as a ‘prison’ – was rushed to Lenox Hill hospital on Monday after the star was seen begging fans for help.
Williams called in to host Rosanna Scotto from the hospital and explained that she passed her evaluation with ‘flying colors.’
‘I want [to be] independently tested. That’s what I want, and that’s what I got,’ Wendy continued.
Scotto then questioned if the reason she wanted to be independently tested was because she didn’t ‘trust’ the court, and Williams replied with, ‘Look, it’s not that I’m scared to talk.
‘It’s just under these circumstances, there’s certain people that I don’t care to talk to or talk about, you know what I’m saying.’
