Meanwhile Spencer, who has just returned from his mammoth marathon challenge, cut a casual figure in jogging shorts and a turquoise raincoat.
The couple’s outing in central London comes after Vogue admitted she ‘has a timer on herself’ when it comes to deciding on baby number four with her husband.
The pair already share three children Theodore, five, Gigi, three, baby Otto, 21 months, with Vogue saying Spencer would have another ‘straight away.’
However, the TV personality candidly discussed the struggles she faces having to carry a baby for nine months and feeling tired as she approaches 40.
Speaking in an interview with The Sun, Vogue admitted: ‘I had a timer on myself thinking: “I’ll decide at the end of this summer,’ and now it’s the end of summer and I still really just don’t know.
‘If I said: “Let’s go with it,” Spencer would do it straight away, but I think of the logistics, whereas he doesn’t. And he doesn’t have to carry a baby for nine months, so it’s a bit more of a decision for me.’
The model joked: ‘I’ll probably be still thinking about it when I’m 50! I don’t want to have a child when I’m 40, because I feel like I’m going to start getting tired. That’s when I want to be going into my granny era and chilling out!’
Vogue recently reunited with her husband Spencer as the family cheered him on in the final of his 30-marathon desert challenge.
