It comes after Vogue and Spencer recently moved into their new Dublin pad after selling their two other homes in London and Ireland for a combined £7.1m.
The mother-of-three, who hails from Howth in Dublin, has jumped ship with Spencer, 35, and their children Theodore, five, Gigi, three, and baby Otto, 19 months.
The couple sold their London mansion for a staggering £6m, while their second Irish home sold on the market for £1.1m.
On Instagram, the duo have shared a sneak peek into their lavish pad with a slew of snaps.
While the price of their new house is still not known, no doubt Vogue and Spencer will be making a saving because they had been shelling out £25k a year on service charge for their London residence.
The couple, who also own a home in Jersey, took a doting selfie during a brisk walk on the cliffs of Howth on Thursday, to explore their new areas.
