Spencer Matthews and Vogue Williams couldn’t stop giggling as they left the Global Studios on Monday.

The Made In Chelsea star, 35, and the Irish model, 38, hopped on Spencer’s motorbike after their radio appearance.

Vogue looked typically stylish as she wrapped up against the cold with a lime scarf and a dark grey coat.

The media personality added matching skinny denim and rocked black heel ankle boots while strutting the streets of central London.

The outing comes after Spencer took to social media to write about his healthy and happy lifestyle after overcoming a ‘serious drinking problem.’

The Dancing With The Stars sensation carried her white helmet in one hand, and accessorised her look with an array of rings and earrings.

Meanwhile Spencer also exuded radiance while walking side-by-side to his beloved wife, and bundled up in a black North Face puffed jacket.

He teamed the look with ripped denim and cosy Nike Air Force trainers, while also carrying a black helmet with his thick gloves placed inside it.

The couple looked in high spirits and smiled down the lenses while leaving the building, before riding out from the busy Leicester Square on the motorbike.

On Sunday, Spencer took to Instagram where he posted before-and-after photographs of himself.

The reality star posed shirtless as he flaunted his glow up from his Made In Chelsea days and detailed how he transformed from being ‘unfit and lazy.’

In the first shot taken at a time that he was ‘living with a serious drinking problem’ during his MIC heydays, Spencer was notably heavier.

In the current-day gym snap shared alongside, the tee-total star paraded his six pack in low-slung joggers and told his followers that ‘health and fitness’ are now his core pillars.

Spencer explained how he would previously have ‘struggled to run a mile,’ but after changing his lifestyle is now training for a World Record attempt, which involves a lot of running.

In a lengthy caption alongside, Spencer wrote: ‘Health and fitness never used to matter to me…

‘Now, they serve as the core pillars for my personal development, professional progress and positive mental state.

‘On the left I was photographed in the street whilst filming Made In Chelsea. Run down and unfit – living with a serious drinking problem, spending all of my time and money partying.

‘I was lazy, inconsiderate and had a weak work ethic. My ego was inflated because I was a prominent character in a popular show and I felt like that would open doors for me.

‘Since then, experience has tought me that good opportunities rarely present themselves without sustained hard work and effort. The person that works harder and wants it more will usually win…

‘I had no drive, discipline or determination and would probably have struggled to run a mile.

‘On the right, I have made a concerted effort to change and no longer have issues with alcohol. I enjoy a solid and regular sporty routine consisting mostly of weightlifting and running. My mind is clear and my goals are limitless.

‘I’m currently training for a World Record attempt that is going to involve A LOT of running and can’t wait to begin the challenge… It will be an incredible adventure and we hope to raise some serious money to help as many people as possible. (More to come on this soon)

‘The point of this post is to highlight that no matter where you are on your health journey, discipline and a strong mindset will take you a long way and it’s never too late to get started.

‘Pushing yourself through pain and discomfort builds resilience, and with resilience you can truly test yourself and figure out where your limits are. You might surprise yourself, but in any case you’ll grow.

‘If you haven’t started, why not start now?? I’ve never met anyone who’s made a positive change to their life and regretted it… #Fitness #Motivation #Resilience #Transformation.’
