Victoria Beckham was slammed by her fans on Saturday as she shared a glimpse at her lavish skincare routine from her hotel room in New York City.

In the video, the designer, 49, used just two products, both from Victoria Beckham Beauty: Cell Rejuvenating Power Serum and Cell Rejuvenating Priming Moisturiser.

The serum costs an eye-watering £116 while the moisturiser is much more cost-of-living crisis friendly, at a cool £60.

However, it wasn’t the price of the products that got fans so irate at Victoria, who filmed the video in a white bathrobe with her hair wrapped in a white towel.

Victoria began the video by saying that she had no make up on, before going on to explain what the products do for her skin.

In particular, she joked that the serum ‘helps with any bloating my face might have, through too much wine possibly.’

But fans could not seem to focus on anything apart from Victoria’s claim that she wasn’t wearing any make up.

One fan wrote: ‘There is makeup in the area. Eye shadow and mascara. do not deceive people’.

Another said: ‘No make up other than concealer, your (sic) gorgeous im not hating but pls don’t tell people your makeup’.

‘Oh it’s so obvs she has concealer on … Being a former makeup artist come on vic stop it !!! ❤️’ wrote a third.

‘Where is your husband to tell u to say the truth’, commented a fifth, referencing the viral moment from the Beckham documentary.

Moving away from the makeup debate, a fed up viewer said: ‘Why do all these millionaire celebrities get on here promoting their beauty products when we know very well that behind the scenes they’re spending thousands on procedures and expensive lucury (sic) treatments which we will never even afford in our dreams.

‘Love you all but were not fools..just go away and enjoy your millions..and no im not jealous…if i had their money I’d be out there enjoying it not flogging beauty products on insta everyday!!’

Victoria spent Christmas with her family, minus Nicola Peltz and Brooklyn Beckham, who were celebrating with Nicola’s family.

However, all members were together when they rang in the New Year in London.

On Friday it was announced that the Spice Girls will become the first girl group to feature on an entire set of Royal Mail stamps.

The group formed in 1994, ‘Ginger Spice’ Geri Halliwell-Horner left in 1998, and the group disbanded in 2000. They reformed in 2007, 2012, then finally in 2018, but without Victoria.
