Donald Trump has slammed New York for being ‘corrupt’ and ‘letting the migrants come in and take over’ after he was fined $355 million in a civil fraud verdict.

Judge Arthur Engoron released the ruling on Friday that will also see the former President banned from being a director of officer in a New York firm for three years.

Speaking outside his Mar-a-lago resort in Palm Beach, Florida, the 77-year-old went on the offense and lashed out at Engoron and Attorney General Letitia James.

The former President said: ‘I paid approximately $300 million dollars in taxes as the migrants come in and take over New York, and they want me out.

‘These are radical left democrats, they are lunatics. Its election interference.’

The former president also said that the case had been brought by the DOJ and Biden and constituted election interference.

Trump’s fine come as New York is gripped by a migrant crime wave after over 170,000 individuals were allowed to flood in the last two years.

He added: ‘It effects New York, where we have a totally corrupt Attorney General, she campaigned on the fact that “I will get Trump”. We will be appealing.’

‘More important than that, it all comes out of the DOJ, it all comes out of Biden. It is a witch hunt against his political opponent, the likes of which our country has never seen before.

‘There was no fraud, the banks all got there money. They love Trump, they testified that Trump is a great customer. The judge knows that, he’s just a corrupt person.

‘Letitia James is a horribly corrupt Attorney General, and its all having to do with election interference. There was no victims, the banks made a lot of money.

‘Frankly, if we are not successful New York state is gone. People are moving out of New York state. Because of this they are going to move out at a much faster rate.

‘[New York] is a state that is going bust, because everybody is leaving. It is all headed up by Biden.’

His sons Don. Jr and Eric were also fined more than $1million each and hit with bans of two years.

Trump, who Forbes estimates is worth $2.5billion, now has 30 days to come up with the money or come up with a bond of $35million.

Trump also called James ‘racist’ in a post to Truth Social and continued to tear into the city where has $690 million in real estate for trying to ‘kick him out’.

He said he helped New York in ‘the worst of times’ with his business deals and now it is ‘overrun with Violent Biden Migrant Crime’.

Trump will likely appeal the verdict which would have devastating consequences for his real estate empire not just in the Big Apple but around the world.

New York City is currently struggling under the weight of the tens of thousands of migrants arriving at its borders in need of accommodation.

In the last two years alone, the city had to deal with the arrival of over 170,000 migrants.

Mayor Eric Adams has said the cost of the migrant crisis in the Big Apple is an eye-watering $4.6 billion as he begs the state for more money.

State governor Kathy Hochul pledged to commit $2.4 billion to the crisis last month, which is more than double last year’s proposal.

In court on Friday, five migrants were formally charged with assaulting two NYPD officers in Times Square last month.

Yohenry Brito, 24, Yorman Reveron, 24, Kelvin Servita Arocha, 19, Darwin Andres Gomez-Izquiel, 19, and Wilson Juarez, 21, were all sent to Rikers Island to await trial after being arraigned. They all pleaded not guilty.

The all face charges of second-degree assault and obstructing governmental administration, except Juarez, who is charged with tampering with evidence and hindering prosecution. They are all due back in court on April 13.

A total of eight migrants have been charged since the attack, with cops still on the lookout for at least eight other suspects they believe were involved in the melee.

Earlier this week, it also emerged that two of the individuals, Juarez and Servita-Arocha, were identified as members of Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua.

ICE Spokeswoman Marie Ferguson told the New York Post, ‘Both noncitizens have been identified as members of the Tren de Aragua transnational criminal organization.’

Juarez and Arocha, who were released without bail after being charged, were picked up by agents inside a Bronx apartment after cops executed a warrant for another migrant wanted in connection with the attack.

On Friday Juarez attorney asked that his bail be set at $1 so that he can be held avoid being deported by ICE.

Arocha was arrested on and ICE warrant and will have his custody status re-evaluated.

Juarez was picked up on a deportation order from a judge in El Paso, Texas, issued one year ago, according to the Post.
