Trinny Woodall’s daughter Lyla Elichaoff has poked fun at her beauty guru mum’s choice of outfit during a holiday to Egypt.
The TV presenter, 60, and Lyla, 21, are currently enjoying a lavish trip to Egypt, including trips to see the incredible pyramids.
But in a tongue and cheek post on Instagram on Wednesday as they headed to Edfu Temple, Lyla compared her mum’s day trip ensemble to a bright yellow highlighter pen.
Trinny stepped out for the day in a very striking luminous yellow co-ord, complete with wide-leg chiffon trousers and a matching scarf top wrapped around her. She also tied a green and yellow tie-dye jumper around her waist.
Poking fun at the outfit, Lyla took to her Instagram Story to share a snap of her mum edited with a picture of a highlighter pen.
While in another, she papped her mum from far away and added the caption: ‘Spot the highlighter’.

Another snapped showed Lyla looking excited as Trinny captioned it: ‘1st January 2025… The temple at Edfu.’
Last year, Lyla revealed she thought her mum and Susannah Constantine would be ‘cancelled’ now when asked about their show What Not To Wear.
‘I think they would be cancelled if the show was made now.
‘You can’t really speak to people like that any more, and say things like, “You’re so ugly”.’
Lyla graced the cover of Tatler alongside Susannah’s daughter Esme Bertelsen, 23, as they joked that their mothers would likely be ‘cancelled’ now for how they spoke to each other. The pair have been friends for most of their lives through their mothers.
While the duo were raised in the London fashion scene, Lyla and Esme admitted they have never watched What Not To Wear or Trinny & Susannah Undress.
Asked if they’re fans of the show, they both replied simultaneously: ‘I’ve never actually watched it.’

But they do recall some of their time on sets, as Esme said: ‘I remember going to places like Poland or Sweden and doing the European tour things.
Lyla added: ‘I was like six or seven. It was in some country in Europe, but I can’t remember which.
‘This woman wanted to look like Hannah Montana, and no one knew who that was apart from me, so I got to help.’
Their mothers have treated them to some of their iconic fashion pieces over the years too.
Esme revealed her mother had given her a pair of snakeskin heels, a chiffon Prada dress, a long, multicoloured Missoni coat, and silver and gold Miu Miu heels.
Meanwhile, Lyla got a green and black Prada dress to wear for her 18th birthday party
Esme confessed her mother gave her ‘free reign’ to wear what she wanted to.
‘I was never allowed to wear ripped jeans,’ Lyla added. ‘I think it’s good to let your kids develop their own fashions and make really bad mistakes.’
