Eighties pop icon Carol Decker has blasted a bar for charging her £51.30 for four drinks and a bowl of nuts, including a £5.70 service charge.
Decker, who was the lead singer of English pop group T’Pau, was left fuming when she received her bill at the Coppa Club in Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire.
The 66-year-old, who scored a number one hit with China in your Hand in 1987, had bought two pints of Beavertown Neck Oil IPA for £6.80 each and two glasses of Hanson Cuvee Rose at an eyewatering £14 a pop.
After she ordered some almonds for £4 and the service charge was added on, the bar tab exceeded £50.
The singer took to X, formerly Twitter, to vent her anger at the price of her evening out on Tuesday.

In an expletive-laden rant, Decker said: ‘Two large glasses of rosé and two pints of lager & a VERY small bowl of nuts £51.30.
‘Two rounds of drinks and some f****** nuts!!!
‘This is actually f****** nuts!!!’
Decker was the lead singer of T’Pau from its formation in 1986 and within months the group earned a top five hit in the UK and the US with their first single Heart and Soul.
In 1987, smash hit China in your Hand topped charts across Europe and the band’s debut album Bridge of Spies was certified platinum by the end of the year.
T’Pau disbanded in 1992 after a string of top 40 singles, which also included the 1988 song Valentine, but Decker has continued to perform under the group’s name.
Fans rushed to support the popstar’s vociferous views on bar prices.
Roby Boyd said: ‘This is why [Wether]Spoons is successful. Large glass of wine £3.80.’

Decker’s outburst comes after she made a similar tirade against Waitrose over putting ‘cheap’ pollock in her posh fish pie, claiming ‘the world is going to hell in a hand cart’
Daniel Kirk added: ‘The cost of living crisis hits Henley-on-Thames.’
Ryan commented: ‘And they added on a 12.5% service charge.
‘£5.70 for delivering a round of drinks.’
Meanwhile Michael said: ‘High prices keep out the riff raff.’
And Jen added: ‘What a joke and grits my s*** that they put service on too.
‘I always take it off now and give in cash what I want to tip, otherwise they never get it anyway.’

The singer had bought the £4 ready meal as a treat but after reading the ingredients after getting home Decker hit out at the upmarket supermarket for using its choice of fish.
The Calorie Controlled Fish Pie boasts 22% pollock – which she claims is the ‘cheapest’ fish.
It also includes 7% prawns along with cheese, spinach, and mashed potatoes.
A fuming Decker also hit out at Waitrose for wasting her ‘time and money’ cooking the meal.
She fumed in a social media post after buying it in September: ‘Shame on you Waitrose you’re meant to be the gold standard in food.
‘This is disgusting. I didn’t realise it contained pollock.’
She claimed: ‘The cheapest, most tasteless nasty fish you can put in a fish pie, the world is going to hell in a hand cart.’

She later added: ‘Plus I’ve wasted time and b***** money, turning the oven on to heat this s*** up and I’m still f****** hungry.’
A Waitrose spokesperson said: ‘We’ve a wide range of fish pies, all clearly labelled, so customers can easily choose their favourite.
‘We’re also really proud of the quality of our pollock – not only is it a delicious option, it’s one the most sustainable white fish too. A fin-tastic choice all round.’
