Rocker Tommy Lee has been accused of sexually assaulting a woman in a helicopter as they flew from San Diego to Los Angeles in 2003.
The woman said, in court documents obtained by TMZ, that she was a friend of the pilot, and he invited her to go on a trip.
But when she got to the tarmac, she found Tommy Lee, the Motley Crue drummer, waiting to board the helicopter with them.
It is not clear whether she knew Lee before the February 2003 encounter.
She claims that Lee, now 61, and the pilot drank, snorted cocaine and smoked marijuana during the flight.

She said Lee took down his pants and attempted to force her head into his groin, but she wrestled free.
On landing in Los Angeles, Lee hugged her then left, and the woman and pilot flew back to San Diego in silence.

Over the years, the rock star has accrued a rap sheet riddled with alleged incidents and iniquities.
In the summer of 1998, he spent 180 days in jail after he was charged with a spousal abuse felony involving his then-estranged wife, Anderson.
The charge involved an incident in that past February when the authorities received a domestic disturbance call from the Baywatch star, according to MTV.
The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department reported that from the altercation with Lee, she sustained a broken fingernail on her right hand, a bloody hand as well as bruises on her back.
Additionally, he was sentenced to three years of probation and directed to not come within 100 yards of Anderson.
He was also ordered to complete 200 hours of community service and to pay a $5,000 fine to the Santa Monica Battered Women’s Association.
Earlier that same year, he was also involved in another case and pleaded innocent to a misdemeanor assault charge after he had an altercation with a security guard during a concert at the America West Arena in Phoenix.
