Cat Deeley and Ben Shephard have revealed how they look so fresh-faced despite their early starts hosting This Morning.
They have only presented the ITV breakfast show together for five months, but the pair have become some close they share under eye patches.
Shephard, 49, said: ‘With my 50th birthday approaching, I have become a lot better at my skincare regime. And actually, Cat is amazing, and me being able to share the under eye patches with you has been quite a moment.’
The presenter said he introduced the popular treatment to his morning regime to ‘reduce puffiness’ around his eyes before he goes on air.
Deeley, 47, added: ‘We’re very open about it! I wear mine in the car on the way in. You wear yours when you get here. All of a sudden, we are like, 27.’

The This Morning hosts revealed that they swap beauty treatments, with Ben gushing about Cat’s ‘brilliant’ beauty tips in a new interview ahead of their return to host a new season of the magazine show on September 2.
While Ben has been more than happy to take advice from Cat when it comes to anti-aging treatment, Cat seeks her co-star’s advice when it comes to parenting.
‘We both have sons and share parenting advice,’ Cat said. ‘Because he’s got two boys who are obviously much older than mine, but I feel like he’s been there and done that.
‘Sometimes when I worry about stuff – I do have a tendency of over worrying and overthinking things too much – and he’s always like, ‘Deeley, it’ll be fine. How about a bit of this and a bit that and if all else fails, talk to Annie [Shephard’s wife], she’ll set you straight’.
To mark their return to the ITV morning show, which reaches 4 million viewers every week, the pair took part in an epic promo shoot alongside Friday presenters Alison Hammond and Dermot O’Leary.
In behind-the-scenes images the four stars are seen scaling the 45ft height of Television Centre, London, in a cherry picker, before arriving on the roof of the iconic building.
Deeley added: ‘It has definitely been a learning experience because I haven’t done a show that’s similar to this really’.
‘I’ve done more kinds of entertainment, shiny floor shows. And they’ve never been on a daily basis and not been full of different topics and subjects like this. I’ve done a lot of live TV, but with This Morning I’ve had to get used to the roller coaster a little bit’.
Meanwhile Ben revealed to he made his debut on the show hungover (pictured during on their first show)
Reflecting on their debut she said: ‘I actually can’t believe it’s been nearly six months. I mean, I know we started in March, but that was a bit of a blur because I’d just come back from the States and we had seen each other over a zoom call, but we hadn’t really done much else before we started had we?’

As a red-faced Shephard revealed: ‘No. We came in one Sunday morning and I had been out the Saturday night before and only had about three hours sleep!’.
Shocked, Deeley exclaimed: ‘Well you certainly didn’t tell me that on the day!’
‘No, I was being very well behaved and I then had to go to West Ham to do some filming for the show too!’ Ben admitted.
‘But yeah, it was just really a surreal period that we’d been talking about and building up to, and then we just started. It does feel like it’s flown by so fast. Mainly because there is so much content in every single show’.
She added: ‘Some [days] are like a roller coaster! Earlier this year I remember we went from Rishi Sunak, to the cast of Chorus Line, interiors with Kelly Hoppen, singer Natalie Imbruglia and Toadie from Neighbours’.
Before the pair revealed how they’d also, in the past six months, given away a whopping £30K to viewers with their new game Coin Drop.
They then went on to brand This Morning National Television Award nomination in the Daytime a ‘privilege’ – after the show missed out on a nod for the first time in 12 years in 2023.

Cat told : ‘It has definitely been a learning experience because I haven’t done a show that’s similar to this really’
Deeley gushed: ‘I can’t believe it! Are you sure? Did you have your glasses on when you read that list?’
While Shephard quipped: ‘My mum did vote an excessive number of times! But seriously, for us, it’s a real privilege to host this show and I’m very lucky to work alongside this amazingly talented, brilliant woman who makes me better at what I do and we can all share this together and that’s a real treat.
‘And the fact that the viewers are enjoying it too, it’s really special’.
His co-host added: ‘Absolutely. Every day we love coming to work to do this show with the team, and with everybody watching at home and the guests we have on the couch, we couldn’t love it more, so thank you to all who voted!
It comes after Deeley gave fans a glimpse into her family getaway as she shared a slew of Instagram snaps from the South of France amid her break from the ITV show.
