The WHO is planning a sinister takeover. And these two countries will rule. Chilling warning from Living Nostradamus who predicted Covid and Queen’s death

The image was stark, sinister and all too clear. There, amid a kaleidoscope of military maps, explosions and flashes of radiation, were two words: Cobalt Storm.

Instinctively, I knew what this phrase signified. I knew its impact was already unfolding all around me, unseen but with profound consequences.

For those words describe a top-secret operation by enemies of the West, the result of a cyber-alliance between China and Russia which aims to sabotage the energy infrastructure of the US, mainland Europe and Japan – and bring its citizens to their knees.

This is a war without tanks and missiles. A war without traceability, focused on digital disruption which – in the not too distant future – will ravage our satellite systems, our banks and airports, causing chaos.

It may sound like fantasy – but I am here to tell you it is real.

The first manifestations of this invisible attack are already underway, in the form of random power outages that have unfolded in recent months in parts of Europe, including the 23-hour power cut in Spain and Portugal at the end of April that left much of the population paralysed.

It is just the beginning, and it is why Nato and military strategists from the UK, US and Israel are holding secret meetings to work out how to fight this untraceable foe.

How do I, a 38-year-old man from a small town in Brazil, know this? It is because the chaos unleashed by Cobalt Storm is one of many disturbing visions of the world’s future – and hidden present – that have presented themselves to me in recent months.

They come from nowhere, like all the images that hurtle into my brain, some unbidden, some when I chose to enter a state of isolation in which I allow messages to come to me.

Over the years those messages have proved to be eerily accurate. I foresaw the Covid pandemic, the war in Ukraine and the death of your beloved late Queen, Elizabeth II.

These prophecies have led to me being named the ‘Living Nostradamus’ after the renowned 16th-century French astrologer and seer who foresaw the unfolding of events centuries ahead, from the Great Fire of London and the French Revolution to the rise of Adolf Hitler and Nazism.

It is not for me to say whether I am his heir, and I accept any comparison with humility, knowing that the world I inhabit is very distant from his.

Our planet is becoming ever more frightening and destabilising. The old certainties – and gods – are gradually being swept away, replaced by new financial systems and alliances we will barely recognise.

Geographical borders will be rendered meaningless, replaced by new financial ecosystems that are independent of the traditional power axes of old. And, in public, the political and wealthy elites will present an illusion of stability while privately preparing for disaster.

My visions have also shown me how technology already being developed in secret will be used to map our behaviours, our emotions and our weaknesses – and manipulate us accordingly.

Seeing all these things is both a gift and a curse, and one I never asked for. My powers chose me, although it took me a while to realise that I had a talent that differentiated me from those around me.

Growing up in a quiet town, I was surrounded by people with a natural connection to spirituality.

My family had gypsy roots, especially on my great-grandfather’s side, and although no one spoke openly about ‘gifts’ or visions, even from my earliest years I sensed something in the air – as if the invisible were always lurking.

I was around 12 when I realised that there was something in me that made me different. I felt the world in an amplified way, whether through sounds, smells, expressions or subtle changes in energy.

In time, words would come out of my mouth — warnings, perceptions, names, dates — that I myself did not understand, prompted by visions that would come to me out of nowhere.

These visions encompassed many different things, from accidents and people close to me falling ill to unexpected reconciliations.

I remember warning about a fire that would happen weeks before it occurred, and predicted pregnancies of strangers simply by seeing them before they even knew themselves.

Inevitably, there was some fear among those around me. That included members of my own family, who initially struggled to accept the possibility of a seer in their midst.

As the years went on, I came to see what happened to me not as a mystic ritual but an internal surrender in which I give myself over completely to the universe and the vast realms of information it contains.

I was helped by a spiritual entity called Putsatanakia – also known as Exu Marabo in Afro-Brazilian tradition. Little known but feared by those who have heard of him, he has accompanied me on my journey since I was 19.

Of Egyptian origin, he is of elegant appearance, a subtle but imposing presence who acts as a bridge between the spiritual and the material worlds. When he manifests himself, I know his messages are set to transform realities.

It was Putsatanakia who guided me with one of my first big global predictions. In 2011, when I was just 25, I was seized by an overwhelming feeling of doom.

While I could not pinpoint it exactly, I felt in my core that a global transformation was coming. I was so troubled by this feeling of foreboding that I consulted the pastor from my home town, who was unable to offer me comfort.

By then, I knew enough about my gift to know I could not ignore these feelings. Aided by Putsatanakia and using Kabbalistic calculation – a practice of assigning numerical values to Hebrew letters and words to uncover hidden meanings – I started to transform those feelings into images of what was to come.

It told me that within the next decade, a disease would emerge that would have planetary impact.

I hardly need to spell out what happened: by March 2020, the whole world was plunged into lockdown after the emergence of the Covid virus from Wuhan.

It was Kabbalistic calculation which also led me to prophesy the death of Queen Elizabeth II. In 2021, I stated publicly that the cycle of British female power would end the following year. That spiritual and geopolitical milestone came to pass in September 2022 – the same year that the Gulf state of Qatar hosted the World Cup, as I had also forecast many years earlier.

Weeks before, I predicted on Instagram that France and Argentina would be in the final, with Argentina emerging the victor. Again, I was proven right.

These message are easy to understand. They exist in a world we recognise. Some of what I see does not.

Alongside Cobalt Storm, one of the most striking things revealed to me in recent months is the existence of a secret protocol called the Athena Protocol.

Developed by the elite of Davos in conjunction with spy agencies all over the world, including the CIA, this protocol aims to create a separate financial system in which the dollar is replaced with its own international coin backed by gold, carbon and rare earths.

It is an attempt to create a new financial system, piloted in banks in Singapore, the United Arab Emirates, China, Russia, Brazil and Switzerland, and which will bypass the traditional pillars of the Western financial system. Within the next couple of years, it will see the dollar lose its throne after a stealth war unfolding in secret without a single shot being fired.

Athena is not the only plot that has been presented to me. I fear that officials at the World Health Organisation, seen as a benign establishment that aims only to promote the best health outcomes around the globe, is also engaged in its own secret project – one with potentially terrifying consequences.

While it has no official name, I have called it ‘ONI’. This is the word that I think best encapsulates what I see: experimental attempts to use artificial intelligence to map the emotional behaviours of vulnerable populations and implement emotional biometric IDs in refugee camps in Syria and Sudan.

The justification? To prevent outbreaks of violence and mass suicides. But my visions warn me of something far more sinister – that it will be used as a predictive surveillance tool in which your emotions will determine your access to services. This is a world of advanced facial recognition, brain frequency tracking and predictive surveillance, and it will transform the way we interact, the way we live – and the way we fight.

In the meantime the battles that plague our current days will both enter new stages. The ceasefire announced by Donald Trump between Iran and Israel last week was merely theatre. Whatever we see on the surface, underground conflict in the form of industrial sabotage and cyber-attacks are still unfolding in this war, and I fear the conflict above ground will not only continue but spread into Turkey.

Another war, though, will end – not in traditional victory but in economic exhaustion. By March 2026, Ukraine will be fragmented, with pro-Russia regions recognised internationally. Behind the scenes, China will be pulling the strings.

Of course, the world can be upended in other ways too. In my silent communions I have seen storms and great climactic change. As the year ends, the Gulf Stream is set to be critically weakened, a catastrophic global event that will be first signified by hurricanes in the Caribbean and North Atlantic in August and September.

The results will be felt almost immediately. As 2026 unfolds, there will be severe drought in summer in western Europe, followed by unseasonal tropical storms in autumn and the most extreme winter in decades.

New York, Mumbai and Lagos will be subject to flash floods, which will leave populations marooned in a year in which I believe many things will fall apart.

Such terrifying prophecies, of course, bring with them their critics. I have been called a charlatan, a fraud and worse. It doesn’t bother me. I am not a stage clairvoyant, nor am I seeking the limelight. It brings me no pleasure to say I believe this is the last year in which the world will remain one we recognise.
