Celebrity real estate brothers and their sibling have been arrested by the FBI in Miami following charges in Manhattan over an alleged sex trafficking and sexual assault racket.
Oren and Tal Alexander, known as star real estate agents who hold the record for the highest home sale in US history, were taken into custody alongside their sibling Alon, an executive at a security firm.
In an indictment released Wednesday, the siblings were accused of repeatedly drugging, raping, and sexually assaulting dozens of women, with some alleged crimes dating back decades.
The three brothers were each arrested at separate properties in Miami on Wednesday morning, and the twins are also facing state felony charges of sexual battery related to alleged assaults on three women, reports the New York Times.
The siblings made their name in the luxury real estate world in New York City and Miami, and often shared their lavish lifestyles on social media.
But prosecutors claim in their indictment that the brothers used their wealth and status to target and coerce women, and even allegedly conspired to set up events and trips to entice women into their web.
On Wednesday, FBI agents were seen outside Oren’s home in Miami, and a spokesperson with the FBI’s New York division told Bloomberg they obtained a search warrant for his property.
The brothers have previously denied the allegations against them.

Brother of millionaire real estate twins accused of sexual assault is dragged into new allegations
According to reported arrest warrants, Oren and Alon Alexander were indicted over three sexual assaults, in 2016, 2017 and 2021. Oren Alexander is cited in all three allegations, while only the 2016 incident involved Alon.
Tal has been charged with sex trafficking, however no details of the allegations against him have been made clear yet.
Sine June, the brothers have been hit with civil lawsuits from at least two women and accused of sexual assault by dozens more in recent years.
One lawsuit filed in March accused Oren and Alon of rape, and a second lawsuit included similar allegations against Tal, reports the Wall Street Journal.
The men have denied the allegations in the lawsuits, which shocked the real estate world where Tal and Oren were once seen as rising stars.
One of their accusers, star of Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles Tracy Tutor, 48, joined nine other women in making claims of sexual assault to the New York Times in July.
Seven of the women, including Tutor, said they believe they were drugged before being raped by either Tal, 38, or the younger twins Oren and Alon, 37.
They notably hold the record for the most expensive home sale in US history, the $238 million sale of the Central Park South tower’s penthouse to billionaire hedge fund manager Ken Griffin.

The Alexander twins, 36, were accused in a lawsuit of raping a woman together in 2012 at Sir Ivan Wilzig’s castle in the Hamptons

Kate Whiteman, an additional civil plaintiff, claims Oren and Alon gang-raped her at a gaudy Hamptons ‘castle in 2012 known as ‘Sir Ivan’s castle’.
She said she met Oren and Alon in a Manhattan nightclub in 2012, and claimed they forced her into an SUV at the end of the night before driving her to the Hamptons.
In another of the claims in 2016, the warrants alleged that Alon Alexander invited a New York woman down to Miami Beach for a barbeque, only for her to find that she was the only person invited when she got there.
She claimed Alon gave her a tour and led her to the bedroom, where she was confronted by Alon, Oren, and their cousin, Ohad Fisherman.
She told the Miami Beach Police Department that Fisherman held her down while the brothers sexually assaulted her. The New York Times reported that Fisherman now faces a sexual battery charge, but remains at large at the time of writing.
Tal and Oren were previously employed by luxury real estate firm Douglas Elliman, but branched out on their own in 2022 and started their own company, Official.
However, the brothers have reportedly had to step down from their company after key clients dropped them and a wave of staff left.
Their history with Douglas Elliman also led CEO of the realtor giant Howard Lorber to resign after he was accused of ignoring rape claims against the Alexander brothers.
When Tutor came forward with her allegations in July, she claimed she shared a drink with Oren at a cocktail party in 2014 and blacked out before a friend found her in the restaurant’s bathroom with Oren and pulled her away.
She told the NYT she has no idea what happened to her, adding: ‘Staying silent for so long has been damaging on many levels, and remembering now what happened feels debilitating.’
The brothers have denied allegations against them, some of which date back over a decade.

Court documents filed in New York Supreme Court in June and obtained by DailyMail.com also accuse all three of the brothers of raping complainant Angelica Parker in an assault that, she alleges, took place around the fall of 2012.
Days before, a wave of similar allegations from as many as 30 women led Florida attorney Jim Ferraro to withdraw his representation from Oren and Alon.
According to the suit filed by Parker, ‘While news of the Alexander brothers’ penchant for raping women has thus far focused on Oren and Alon, Tal Alexander has also participated in raping and sexually assaulting women, including Ms. Parker.’
Parker alleges that she was, ‘raped by Alon and Tal Alexander, together, in a coordinated attack that was planned and facilitated by Oren Alexander along with his brothers.’
Parker, formerly known as Angelica Cecora, previously made headlines in 2012 when she accused famous boxer Oscar De La Hoya of battery and false imprisonment in a lawsuit she would ultimately lose.

In another allegation brought forward by Rebecca Mandel, it was claimed that she met Oren in 2009 at SL nightclub when she was 18-years-old.
She said she continued to run into the twins at parties and, in September 2020, bumped into them again at SL where Alon, ‘intentionally drugged Plaintiff’s drink with an unknown substance, resulting in significant impairment to her physical and mental being.’
She claims that the twins then took her back to their apartment where the assault occurred.
In a scathing statement made by Parker’s legal firm Wigdor LLP after her allegations earlier this year, it was claimed the brothers had a reputation for targeting women.
‘The reality is that is it the Alexander brothers’ modus operandi to engage in coordinated group sexual assaults, and this is well known to many who spent time around the brothers,’ the statement read.
