The Block’s serial bidder Adrian ‘Mr Lambo’ Portelli has showed off his luxury car after being stopped by police in Melbourne.
The entrepreneur, 34, took to Instagram on Tuesday to share a photo of the vehicle after getting stopped by police while driving his McLaren P1, which is reportedly worth $2.5million.
Adrian then joked that he had his sports car impounded by police during the routine check.
‘Welcome to Melbourne… Impounded in 15 minutes,’ he wrote.
He then reassured his followers he was joking, adding: ‘That was a joke everyone. Just a routine check. The police were great.’

One fan jokingly commented: ‘I would pull you over just to check the car out too.’
‘Can’t have anything nice when you live in Melbourne,’ a second person joked.
Adrian made The Block history last month when he bought Steph and Gian’s house for a whopping $5million.
He also bid $4.2million on sisters Eliza and Liberty’s property and then made the odd move of bidding against himself – which has never happened on the show before.

Despite helping two teams net a combined $2.7million in profits, Adrian wasn’t done showing off his deep pockets as he swooped in to scoop up Kyle and Leslie’s home.
House 1 had a reserve of $2.97million, and there was hope as Danny Wallis had not yet bought a house, and neither had celebrity bidder Dave Hughes.
However, Kyle and Leslie’s house struggled to make the reserve with the auction absolutely crawling before Adrian jumped in, taking the price to $3.1 million.
