Joe Biden shied away in jest from confirming or denying his relationship with Taylor Swift during a Monday night appearance on Late Night With Seth Meyers,
The president, 81, joked that a potential endorsement from the world’s most famous singer remains a ‘classified’ matter.
Biden is suffering from record low approval numbers, and is therefore using every tool in his arsenal to reach out to voters ahead of November.
To that end, there is a semi-viral online conspiracy theory that the president and his campaign will utilize Swift and her NFL boyfriend Travis Kelce’s potential endorsements to reach Gen-Zers, NFL fans, and everyone in between to swing the election for Democrats.
Meyers questioned Biden about the conspiracy saying: ‘I have you on the hotspot here. Can you confirm or deny that there is an active conspiracy between you and Miss Swift?’

Meyers grilled the president about whether he will be receiving an endorsement from the world’s most popular singer – Taylor Swift – in the coming months
Sporting his signature pair of Ray Bans, Biden answered: ‘Where are you getting this information, it’s classified.’
He also pointed out that the country-turned-pop singer previously endorsed him in 2020.
When Meyers asked if she was planning to endorse him again, he said: ‘I told you it’s classified.’

Earlier this month, Biden opted to forgo the traditional pre-Super Bowl presidential interview.
The opt-out came as criticism about Biden’s age and mental faculties grow louder in the wake of dozens of instances of apparent public confusion, verbal mistakes, and a DOJ report that highlighted the elderly leader’s failing memory.

Biden, at 81 the oldest-ever U.S. leader, also addressed concerns about his age, saying, ‘You got to take a look at the other guy, he’s about as old as I am, but he can’t remember his wife’s name.’
It was an apparent reference to Donald Trump’s appearance at the Conservative Political Action Conference outside of Washington last weekend, when the former president praised his wife Melania and also referenced ‘Mercedes’ – Mercedes Schlapp, his former aide who helps run the group and was in the audience.
Some on social media, as well as Meyers in his monologue, suggested that Trump had used the wrong name for his wife.
