A nurse that doesn’t want to be a nurse anymore is going viral after showing TikTok users how she got to work in Nashville, Tennessee.
Sarah Krugel shared a video on November 14 of herself in an Uber after saying that paying for a ride on the app was cheaper than paying for parking.
‘Paying to park at work should be a crime,’ she wrote in the caption.
Krugel, who announced her temporary unemployment on TikTok one day after the Uber video, is still viral now that other users are admitting their costs for parking and what they do instead of calling a car service.
The TikToker currently works in a part-time healthcare position and has not said how much money she pays to Uber to work, or whether her unemployment is related to her parking complaints and statements that she no longer wants to be a nurse.

She has not said how much money she pays for parking or if it differs depending on the day or her current workplace
Krugel, who primarily worked as a traveling nurse, announced she would move to Nashville in a June 1 post on her Instagram.
Her previous job was in California, and she worked in six different places before leaving her job as a traveling nurse.
She started her first nursing gig in Miami, Florida back in 2021 and later worked in Charlotte, North Carolina, before moving to California.
Krugel explained in a TikTok video that she will use her part-time job as ‘a stepping stone’ and advised users the medical field will ‘always need nurses.’
Krugel calls herself ‘a nurse that does not want to be a nurse anymore’ and is residing in the Nashville area after she previously worked California
TikTok users have responded to the video with their own parking stories and what they do instead of parking their cars at work
TikTokers both in and out of healthcare have been sharing comments of parking issues that either they or others they know have gone through.
One person recently wrote: ‘Catch me riding a bike at that point.’
‘I park my car at burger king and walk to the hospital,’ another TikTok user commented.
One woman who doesn’t have the same parking issue commented that her husband has to pay money to park, and he doesn’t even work in health care.
‘My husband gets charged $60/month to park at his job. he’s a line cook,’ she wrote.
Other TikTok users have suggested she take the bus since she would not need to spend as much money.
They commented: ‘How about taking the bus? Probably cheaper than ubering and good for the environment.’
Krugel responded to another commenter regarding the bus and wrote that she could not do it because there wasn’t one within a safe distance of her workplace.
