‘Strong core = stronger lifts, better posture, less injuries, tighter waist,’ she captioned her post.
It comes after the fitness guru enjoyed a long weekend staycation at the JW Gold Coast Mariott resort with her three children and sister, Amy.
‘Some of my favourite memories are from snorkeling with the fishes here with my sisters when we were little,’ Tammy captioned a carousel of family snaps taken of her son Wolf and two daughters, Saskia and Posey at the resort.
‘So I love coming back here now as a mum with my own tiny humans and all their cousins,’ she continued in the caption.
‘Letting them make their own little memories in the same place I loved so much. Little full circle moments.’
