Tammy Hembrow has been enjoying the results of her enhanced bust.

But the fitness influencer, 30, risked a wardrobe malfunction as she almost spilled out of a tiny white top during a romantic getaway with her husband Matt Zukowski.

The blonde bombshell left little to the imagination as she went braless in a sheer crop top with buttons and a matching coloured skirt.

Tammy pulled her locks back into an up-do and highlighted her features with a nude lip and very light eye shadow.

Her husband Matt donned a stylish ensemble for their outing consisting of a knit shirt.

Tammy also shared a video of herself dancing and sharing a kiss with Matt as they sat in the back of a car.

Tammy revealed in October she had undergone a breast implant revision procedure as she documented her recovery.

The revision surgery involves replacing old breast implants with new ones and can resolve issues that have developed from surgical problems or natural body changes.

Tammy underwent a mystery surgery at the end of July and later confirmed it was to get her eight-year-old breast implants removed and replaced.

In a video, the blonde beauty explained she decided to get them replaced because she felt ‘insecure’ with how they looked after they moved due to her gym exercises.

‘It’s kind of been a little insecurity of mine for a while, just like how they sat and they just weren’t doing what I wanted them to do,’ she explained.

Watchdog account Influencer Updates AU later claimed of her surgery: ‘She went bigger to avoid having a lift as that would have meant more scars.

‘She got [the surgery] done at One Cosmetic in Sydney.

‘She currently has lots of swelling and bloating from the anaesthetic.’

Tammy also shared a video of herself dancing and sharing a kiss with Matt as they sat in the back of a car

Tammy tied the knot with Matt in Byron Bay in November, surrounded by family and friends.

The loved-up couple exchanged vows in a gorgeous November ceremony at Chateau Du Soleil in Byron Bay. 

Tammy and Zukowski got engaged in December 2023 following just three months of dating.

The jet-setting pair were engaged in the Maldives, before heading off to Greece and Bali for luxury holidays.
