The Today Extra host, 38, showed off her fit and fabulous figure in a black Speedo one-piece.
Makeup free, the TV star also revealed her youthful flawless visage.
The TV star’s blonde locks were tied in a bun and she completed her sporty look with a smartwatch.
Sylvia appeared a little shocked by the cold as jumped into the ocean for a short run and dip in the shallow waves.
She also appeared to shiver as she emerged from the water before drying herself off with a towel.
Sylvia recently joined the Sydney Marathon run club.
She said she has been squeezing in training sessions before daycare pickups, between swimming lessons and on weekends before the sun gets up

In 2020, Sylvia and her journalist husband Peter Stefanovic – the brother of Today show star Karl Stefanovic – welcomed their first son, Oscar, now four years old, in February.
The couple had earlier tied the knot at the Ooralba Estate in Kangaroo Valley on April 1, 2017.
Just eight months later, the TV presenter revealed that she was pregnant with her second child, a son, Henry, now three.

It is understood the journalists want a bigger home with room for their family, including their two young sons.
The luxury two-story abode within the cosmopolitan eastern suburbs cost the couple $2.7 million back in 2016.
They have since added some renovations including a parking area for two cars and outdoor entertainment space in the rear courtyard.
