However, according to the victim, at 2.30am Tuesday Medina turned up unannounced, but he decided to let her in for some wine.
He went on to recite her criminal history as ‘no stranger to the law’, which included felony level DWI, intoxication assault and aggravated assault ion a security guard.
The victim said nothing unusual happened during the first dinner, but he had no intention of meeting again, despite continued texting between the two.
His statement continues to allege that she then asked for $2,000 – money which he told her he did not have.
Medina then spiraled into an enraged frenzy which saw her destroy a flat-screen TV, the victim’s custom entertainment center and a painting, with further damage to several walls.
But the arrest report details that she continued to wreak havoc upon request that she stopped destroying her former date’s home, as she poured detergent onto his head with the chemicals blinding him and causing burns.
And before fleeing the scene, Medina stole the man’s passport, Apple Pro Max iPhone, a surveillance camera and a Dyson hair dryer, among other things.
The victim crawled outside screaming for help and when Bexar County Sheriff’s deputies arrived, he was taken to the hospital for chemical burns to his eyes and cuts on his legs.
‘Thankfully, because he knew who she was, it really made it quite simple for us,’ Sheriff Salazar said.
