Succession star Nicholas Braun was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence over the Labor Day weekend, according to a new report.
Braun, 37, was pulled over while driving in New Hampshire before he was arrested on Saturday, TMZ first reported.
He was locked up in the Carroll County jail in Moultonborough, about 2 hours north of Boston, Massachusetts.
The Emmy-nominee was released on his own recognizance less than an hour later.
Braun famously played Cousin Greg on the HBO hit show, which ran for four seasons and ended in 2023.
He did not have to pose for a mugshot because the camera at the station reportedly was not working.

Braun is expected to appear in court at a later date.

Police are yet to release more details about the star’s arrest and it’s unclear if he will charged with any crimes.
The Moultonborough Police Department will issue a statement on Braun’s arrest later on Tuesday, an official told the Daily Mail.
News of the actor’s arrest comes after he shared rare photos with his partner who he called the ‘absolute joy’ of his life earlier this year.
Sharing several loved-up snaps of the couple, he wrote: ‘HBD to my sweet sweet DARLING of a girlfriend!!! You are the absolute joy of my life.
Braun has not posted on his Instagram since then.
The couple were first spotted together attending the HBO & Max Post Emmys party in January 2024 but have kept a low profile since.
Braun previously discussed detailed his battle with anxiety and self-esteem.
He told British GQ: ‘I guess I’m one of those people who is not, like, instantly comfortable with people; it takes me a while to know what version of myself I’m going to be with somebody.’

‘I do love when people love the show, but if it makes me feel so much better about myself that someone said this to me, I think I need to work on my self-esteem more.’
He also discussed struggling with romantic relationships, adding: ‘[My relationships that came closest to that] didn’t go on very long.’
Braun made his first movie appearances for Disney including the 2005 film Sky High.
He went on to appear on other films including Zola and The Perks of Being a Wallflower.’
