Ronan and Storm Keating have locked horns with a glazing company over a shattered pane of glass in their £5m zero carbon Buckinghamshire mansion.

The Australian star, 41, took to Instagram on Saturday to share an image of her two children, Cooper, six, and Coco, three, drawing on condensation on the window and penned a seething caption alongside hitting out at the ‘appalling’ company.

In her lengthy rant about the unnamed company, she revealed: ‘Yes glass shouldn’t frost up like this – it’s just that this is a single pane because the other one shattered a few weeks ago in the middle of the night while we were sleeping…

‘The glazing company (refraining from naming and shaming just yet) is trying to wriggle out of replacing it despite promising (in writing and on their quote) a 10yr comprehensive warranty. Appalling behaviour.’

Her outburst at the company comes a year after the star went to war with a cleaner who claimed Storm and husband Ronan, 46, refused to cough up a £500 bill for her services at their £5 million mansion in Buckinghamshire.

Oh no: Ronan and Storm Keating have locked horns with a glazing company over a shattered pane of glass in their £5m zero carbon Buckinghamshire mansion

Raging: In her lengthy rant about the unnamed company, she revealed: ‘Yes glass shouldn’t frost up like this – it’s just that this is a single pane because the other one shattered a few weeks ago in the middle of the night while we were sleeping’

Reunited: Storm previously shared a snap of her family from Australia looking out of one of the vast sheets of glass and the rambling views

Out with the old: The couple purchased the countryside mansion back in 2016 and spent five years transforming the traditional house into a modern zero carbon home

In her latest Instagram post, Storm depicted a sweet scene showing her two kids drawing a family portrait on the fogged-up window.

Far from the saccharine vibe she was portraying, alongside the snap, the star unleashed her fury on the company – who she is yet to name – before urging followers to know their consumer rights regarding such issues.

She wrote: ‘Chilly Saturday morning. Yes glass shouldn’t frost up like this – it’s just that this is a single pane because the other one shattered a few weeks ago in the middle of the night while we were sleeping…

‘The glazing company (refraining from naming and shaming just yet) is trying to wriggle out of replacing it despite promising (in writing and on their quote) a 10yr comprehensive warranty. Appalling behaviour.

‘We’re concerned that this company (there is a history of other things) do this kind of thing to innocent families all over the UK, families that are less inclined to push back/ know their rights/ or have the ability to engage a solicitor…

‘So out of principal we will get to the bottom of this but have given this company (who we trusted with the entire glazing package at our property) an opportunity to do the right thing without things escalating…

‘We also hope this makes them reconsider how they treat their other customers moving forward. A vital piece of information for everyone in the UK, especially if you are dealing with something similar…

‘Whether it be a tv, a lawn mower, a hairdryer or any product you’ve purchased… all companies have a statutory duty, pursuant to the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (CRA) to ensure that products are fit for purpose, free from defect, and installed with reasonable care and skill…

Renovations: They revealed that after 18 months they finally received planning approval to knock down and rebuild their sustainable new home

Here we go: Storm was pictured hard at work at the site of their sprawling zero carbon home during renovations

Impressive: Boyzone star Ronan, 45, stays just outside the capital with his model wife Storm

‘Where these standards are not met (ie. they break at no cause of your own) then they are required to repair or replace the goods free of charge. This is a requirement whether you hold a specified warranty or not…

‘They know this (at least they should) and as a basic moral ethos for their business, should not be hoping you don’t know your rights, or know their statutory duty to you, their customer…

‘Countries around the world have similar laws to protect consumers. I really hope this information is helpful and empowers anyone who may have found themselves being treated poorly by a company they trusted…

Her outburst comes a year after she hit out at Jasmina Dimitrieva in an Instagram post which saw her insist the cleaning agency supervisor had ‘lied’ following an agreement she ‘would be paid regardless’.

Storm also shared a number of grimy-looking photos, which she claims were taken after Jasmine and her team had provided their services and said the house was left in a ‘disgraceful state’.

Macedonia-native Jasmina previously told The Sun how the task had been sabotaged from the beginning since JMV Cleaning Services had been double-booked with a removal service who were ‘walking around making a mess’.

However, Storm then alleged that the removals company ‘categorically denied’ her story, adding she then spent five hours cleaning the home herself after the contract price had unilaterally been increased by 120 percent.

Defending: Her outburst comes a year after she hit out at Jasmina Dimitrieva in an Instagram post which saw her insist the cleaning agency supervisor had ‘lied’ following an agreement she ‘would be paid regardless’

Fighting her corner: She wrote on the social media platform: ‘Since we discovered the disgraceful state you left our house in, we considered publicly sharing the service we got from JMV Cleaning Services with our followers to caution others from hiring you’

Couple: Storm said: ‘We acted fairly and gave you every opportunity to do the right thing. Anyone else in our position would have done the same’

She wrote on the social media platform: ‘Since we discovered the disgraceful state you left our house in, we considered publicly sharing the service we got from JMV Cleaning Services with our followers to caution others from hiring you…

‘You promised us a service you didn’t perform & then unilaterally increased the agreed contract price by 120% AFTER you supposedly did the clean without any consultation, pre notice or agreement…

‘You then broke our trust by demanding payment saying the job was complete, when in actuality the house was left in no acceptable state for handover.

‘We however restrained ourselves from going public because we were hoping this level of service was not acceptable by your own standards & that you would want to remedy the situation professionally & amicably.

‘But today you have proven this is not the case & left us no choice but to share the truth on this matter.’

The couple purchased the £5million countryside mansion – which features a swimming pool and tennis court – back in 2016 and spent five years transforming the traditional house into a modern zero carbon home.

Storm regularly keeps her Instagram followers updated on their family life, but they also have their own home interiors Instagram account named The Keating House, where they have documented the renovations.

Casa Amor: She often shares snaps of the family in their lavish home

The house appears to have an open plan kitchen and living area, with a stunning white marble breakfast bar and hanging gold ceiling lights.

One of the most impressive features is the enormous garden, which features a long swimming pool, a tennis court and a patio area – perfect for a family barbeque.

Ronan and Storm previously shared a photo of the house when they first purchased the home and revealed that after 18 months they finally received planning approval to knock down and rebuild their sustainable new home.

Explaining their plans, Ronan told fans: ‘As time passed and our imaginations and research expanded, our dream home evolved into a completely zero carbon home which harvests its own rainwater and waste also.

‘Our entire site with swimming pool and tennis court will also be run via solar panels and air source heat pumps, making their energy output neutral also (!) We are so proud and excited.

‘We have also managed to connect with some the most beautiful, sustainable brands for the fit out too and we truly can’t wait to share these with you all.’
