A haunting video shows a mystery stalker leaving unwanted parcels on the dootstep of his target while wearing a Spider-Man mask.
Sussex Police have released the footage in an attempt to track down the creep, who began the the chilling months-long campaign back in February 2024.
The incidents have all happened at a property in Hailsham, East Sussex, beginning on February 13, 2004.
The second incident saw doorbell camera footage capture a man arrive at the property at 5.30am on August 26, 2024, wearing a Spider-Man mask.
The veiled male leaves what looks like two presents on the doorstep, even stopping to wave at the camera before departing down the path of their front yard.
The latest incident on December 29 shows the same man returning in the evening and again leaving a parcel, this time with his face obscured with a white face mask or snood and his headphones – again doing a thumbs-up to camera as he leaves.
Police have not specified what was in the parcels, but the homeowner was spooked into calling the authorities after the three incidents and the motives for the man’s mystery visits remained unknown.
The CCTV has been released in a bid to track down the suspect, in what Sussex Police are dubbing Operation Cursor.
A spokesman for Sussex Police said: ‘We are investigating reports of stalking in Hailsham after a series of concerning incidents.
‘On December 29 at around 7.10pm, a parcel was left outside of a property near Western Road. The victim had also received items under similar circumstances on February 13, and August 26 last year.
‘On August 26, doorbell footage captured the suspect approaching the address wearing a Spiderman mask. Further footage captured the person approaching again with their face covered on December 29.
