Dozens of firefighters and emergency services raced the St Albans property about 6.15am on Friday.

Two people who were inside the burning home were treated by paramedics but one died at the scene.
The deceased is yet to be formally identified by police.
Detectives from Victoria Police’s arson and explosives squad have arrived on scene to investigate the blaze.
