Love Island host Sophie Monk has revealed the surprising things that make her butt heads with her husband Joshua Gross.
Ahead of the premiere of the dating show on Monday, the 43-year-old spoke to 9Honey about how television affects her relationship.
Monk says that when watching dating shows like Love Island, she often argues about the behaviour of the contestants with Joshua.
‘We sit and argue and he’s like, “I’m right on this!” Once it gets you chatting, you know it’s a good show.’
‘It’s like MAFS, my husband and I fight about that like, “That’s so not right!”‘ she added.

Additionally, Sophie shared her thoughts on the exciting news that Kirra Schofield, the sister of the well-known Married At First Sight star Bronte, will be joining the Villa this season.
‘If you’re looking for a show to get addicted to in a positive way, then Love Island is the one,’ Sophie said.
The former pop star is recently married, after walking down the aisle with Josh last year.

The married couple announced their engagement on January 15, 2021, via social media, after first meeting in August 2018 when they were sat next to each other in business class on a plane.

After giving up on Hollywood and moving back to in 2015, Sophie has had a successful career as a TV host, presenting Beauty and the Geek and Love Island for Channel Nine.
Before returning home, Sophie notched up some impressive credits, starring in Date Movie in 2006 alongside Alyson Hannigan and Jennifer Coolidge.
Earlier this year, the former pop star returned to the big screen, filming the tongue-in-cheek thriller Zombie Plane alongside ’90s American rapper Vanilla Ice.
