A smirking Morgan Wallen sent a brazen message to his ‘probation officer’ in a candid interview one year after his arrest for throwing a chair off a bar rooftop.
The country singer, 31, pleaded guilty to charges of reckless endangerment without a deadly weapon after launching the object off the roof of Nashville’s Chief’s Bar in April 2024, narrowly missing two police officers.
Morgan paid $15,250 bond and originally faced three felony counts of reckless endangerment and one misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct, but he wound up only pleading guilty to two misdemeanor counts of reckless endangerment on December 12.
Wallen successfully avoided jail by agreeing to serve seven days in a DUI center, paid a $350 fine, and two years probation.
In a new chat with Caleb Pressley’s Sundae Conversations, The Voice star made light of his arrest as he visited his bar, This Bar & Tennessee Kitchen in Nashville.
Asked: ‘Is this your first time here?’ a giddy Wallen said: ‘Yeah… hopefully I don’t violate my probation by being here.’

The singer was ‘crushed’ and his outburst was caused by his ex KT Smith’s elopement and the idea that ‘another man is going to be raising his son,’ a source told DailyMail.com at the time.
Elsewhere during the chat, Wallen was asked about his viral ‘rude’ exit from SNL nd for breaking the longstanding tradition of mingling with the cast until the credits finish rolling.
Shortly afterwards, he posted a photo of a private jet with the caption, ‘Get me to God’s country,’ on his Instagram Story.

Several days after the SNL incident, he responded to the controversy and launched a line of merch with the catchphrase plastered on T-shirts and hats that are priced at $45.
