Kate Ritchie cheekily flirted with Hollywood star Sam Neill and asked him on a date live on air on Tuesday morning.
The Nova star, 45, got friendly while chatting to the Jurassic Park actor, 76, about what it was like working with Cillian Murphy in Peaky Blinders.
Sam revealed they were close friends and Cillian had once stayed over at his farm in New Zealand, which prompted a very cheeky question from Kate.
‘When he comes to stay at your house, do you put your pyjamas on before you go to bed?’, she teased on her radio show, Fitzy and Wippa with Kate Ritchie.
‘Are you both having a glass of wine in your jammies or do you like grown men have a glass and then go off to your room and put your jammies on?’

Sam then asked Kate if she was flirting with him, quipping: ‘That’s a very intelligent question and I congratulate you on that but here’s the thing… You’re flirting!’
Kate then hilariously said that she had been out of the dating game for so long that she wouldn’t even know how to flirt if she tried.
‘No I’m not flirting. No one’s flirted with me for a very long time, I don’t know how to pick up cues!’ she joked.
Kate then invited Sam to attend Nova’s upcoming singles ball on May 30 as her date and asked if he would accompany her as her date.
During a cheeky exchange, Sam asked Kate whether she was flirting with him, before she asked him to go as her date to Nova’s upcoming singles ball
‘Yes, we could do a slow dance. Would you be good enough to take the floor with me?’ Sam cheekily replied.
Earlier this week, Kate was left red-faced after asking Channel Seven’s Michael Usher out on a date live on air.
During her breakfast show on Monday, the former Home and Away star revealed that her mother Heather is keen on setting her up with the 7News anchor.
Her co-hosts Ryan ‘Fitzy’ Fitzgerald and Michael ‘Wippa’ Wipfli then encouraged her to invite Michael along as her date to Nova’s upcoming singles ball.

‘If Michael Usher is single and Kate Richie is single, it probably makes sense if both of them were invited to our singles party!’ Wippa said.
It wasn’t long before Michael called into the show to reject Kate’s offer, awkwardly revealing he is currently in a relationship.
‘The funny thing is, is that my girlfriend was listening and called me and said “tell them you’re not single!”‘ he said.
‘Look I would love to be a part of this but as she said “call into that station right now and say you’re not single”.’
