Former Bachelorette Rachel Lindsay and current Miss USA titleholder Savannah Gankiewicz were also among the luminaries who lent their luster to the event.

Savannah is Miss USA at the moment because the previous winner, Noelia Voigt, announced her shock resignation in May citing mental health concerns.

The latest Miss Teen USA UmaSofia Srivastava, 17, also relinquished her title two days later, amid rumors about a ‘toxic atmosphere’ at the organization.

However the Miss Teen USA extravaganza proceeded apace on Thursday, with showbiz figures galore parading across the red carpet.

Francia opted for high-octane glamour, radiating retro chic in a billowy scarlet dress that went tantalizingly off the shoulder.

Her sumptuous frock featured an extravagantly long train that stretched luxuriously behind her on the red carpet, which it matched.

Wearing her dark hair down in straight, silken curtains, she accentuated the look with an opulent pair of earrings that framed her luminous complexion.

Meanwhile Rachel, who worked as a lawyer before joining Bachelor Nation, was the image of Las Vegas showgirl style in a glittery ensemble sprayed with feathers.

She opted for a silver sequined number, twirling around to reveal the outfit was backless and shooting her megawatt smile over her shoulder.

Savannah, who was the runner up for Miss USA 2023 before Noelia resigned and made her the titleholder, appeared in her pageant regalia.

The Hawaii-born model swept her hair up into an updo reminiscent of the 1960s, one that fitted perfectly into her glistening tiara.

She accentuated her impressive hourglass figure in a skintight white lace gown that fell to bare just the slightest hint of cleavage beneath her Miss USA sash.

Dancing With The Stars pro Rylee Arnold, 19, was also on hand at the festivities in order to serve as a judge for the preliminaries.

She showcased her willowy dancer’s figure in an off-white satin gown, one with a swooping neckline that fell to expose a touch of her glittery undergarment.

The sleeveless outfit was cut to flatter her statuesque frame, and perfectly matched the small handbag she carried for the event.

The organization was thrown into controversy when the Miss USA and Miss Teen USA both sensationally resigned from their positions in May.

UmaSofia, the teen beauty queen, declared upon giving up her title that her values ‘no longer fully align with the direction of the organization.’

Sources then alleged to the New York Post that the winners were contractually obligated to put on a happy face while coping with ‘harmful workplace conditions.’
