Diddy was spotted bopping to the beat of music thought to have been playing during a freak off video that was shown to the jury Monday morning.
While the jury was shown a collection of freak off videos from 2021-2022, the disgraced rapper was seen moving his head around, appearing to bop around to the music.
He was also seen craning his neck to see the screen on the prosecution table. Diddy put on his glasses and headphones when the video began.
Everyone put headphones on as prosecutor Maurene Comey went to a screen at her table to see it on the monitor.
The prosecution claims Combs used his fame and power, as well as violence, to force his girlfriends into his ‘freak-off’ sex marathons.
The defense, which will present its case this week, says prosecutors are trying to criminalize sexual activity between consenting adults.
They admit their client was involved in domestic abuse, but argue he has not committed the federal crimes of sex trafficking and racketeering conspiracy.
Combs, 55, has pleaded not guilty to the charges.
