alert-–-schitt’s-creek-reunion!-eugene-and-dan-levy-enjoy-hilarious-moment-with-catherine-o’hara-and-annie-murphy-at-emmy-awardsAlert – Schitt’s Creek reunion! Eugene and Dan Levy enjoy hilarious moment with Catherine O’Hara and Annie Murphy at Emmy Awards

Eugene Levy and son Dan while hosting the 2020 Emmy Awards on Sunday reunited with their Schitt’s Creek costars Catherine O’Hara and Annie Murphy.

Annie, 37, joined Eugene, 77, and Dan, 41, onstage to present the last award for Outstanding Comedy Series.

‘Oh, my gosh, it’s my TV sister Annie Murphy,’ Dan said referencing a beloved character from the hit show that cleaned up at the 72nd Primetime Emmy Awards in 2020.

‘Hi, everybody,’ Annie said as the audience applauded.

‘What’s up, Annie?,’ Dan asked.

‘Well, they said the shining star of Schitt’s Creek is going to present the final award of the night, so…’,’ Annie said.

Eugene then interjected, ‘There’s been a little confusion here, Annie.’

‘I know, and that’s fine, you can stay on stage, but just kind of scooch back a little bit,’ Annie said as she moved in front of them.

Dan then told Annie they were there to present that person and it actually wasn’t her.

‘I knew that. That I knew,’ Annie quipped.

‘So please welcome our favorite TV mom,’ she added as Catherine, 70, joined them on the stage.

Schitt’s Creek is a Canadian sitcom created by Eugene and Dan and it followed the trials and tribulations of the formerly wealthy Rose family.

Eugene played family patriarch Johnny Rose, Catherine played his wife Moira Rose and Dan and Annie played their children David and Alexis.
