Jesse James’ wife of two years Bonnie Rotten – real name Alaina Hicks – has once again filed for divorce from the reality TV star after she filed twice in late 2022.
This time both have accused each other of domestic abuse.
James even filed for the restraining order on Wednesday after Rotten’s divorce petition. She also had her own restraining order request.
He is asking the court to keep Rotten ‘100 feet from him and their child until a custody hearing can be held,’ according to a Friday report from TMZ.
Former porn star Rotten, 30, became 55-year-old James’ fifth wife in June 2022. They welcomed a son named Bishop in 2023.
James famously cheated on his A-list movie star wife Sandra Bullock which led to their 2010 divorce. He also dated tattoo artist Kat Von D.

DailyMail.com has contacted Jesse James’ representative for comment.
In court documents, James said that in early 2022 before they even wed she attacked him and tried to break his finger. But he married her anyhow.
And he added that she was violent many times after that.
His examples are when Bonnie allegedly tried to poke a hole in his neck with her nail when she was pregnant with their son.
James also said that she kicked him from behind, breaking his wrist and dislocating his thumb. She argued that she slammed the door on him and he fell.
He also accused her of abusing their cats and dogs.
Bonnie claimed that Jesse slapped her in the face once and punched her in the throat.
TMZ claimed to have spoken with Bonnie.
She told the site she moved out of the house with Jesse and took their son with her ‘to protect them.’
She also claimed that Jesse is trying to ‘gaslight’ her.
Rotten told the site: ‘For the safety and well-being of our child, I will not engage in litigating this matter in the press. I trust the legal process to address these issues appropriately and respectfully ask for privacy during this time.’

This comes after she filed for divorce twice in 2022.
In December 2022 she accused her husband of cheating and branding him ‘disgusting’.
One day later, Rotten revealed the pair had reconciled.

Rotten announced her pregnancy with a sonogram photo in November 2022, with the caption: ‘Jesse is busy trying to f*** other women while I’m pregnant.’
This comes after James took to Instagram to deny the cheating accusations and share an array of snaps of the couple in happier times.
He wrote: ‘Baby I didn’t cheat on you I swear!! I’m sorry we got into a fight. I’m sorry I called you a r****d when we were fighting.
‘I know that just made you more mad, and didn’t do anything to make the situation better. It was out of line and childish and immature. I’m sorry I did that.
James, who has a long history of infidelity, added: ‘In the whole time we have been together, I have never texted or sent inappropriate DMs to anyone.

Rotten branded the famed mechanic a ‘truly disgusting human being’ and said, ‘I’m so hurt by everything he has done to me.’
She also accused him on following his ex and other girls on Instagram: ‘I see his page he’s following his ex and a bunch of girls.
‘I’m his pregnant wife and he chooses to act like this. THAT’S NOT A MAN.’
‘I’m so hurt by everything he has done to me. He doesn’t give a f*** about anyone but himself. He’s a truly disgusting human being,’ she went on.

She also addressed those who warned her about James.
‘Everyone can laugh at me make fun of me whatever you want to say. Nothing will make me feel worse than how I truly feel right now. I should’ve known better you’re all right,’ she added.
The duo looked happy in the summer of 2022 while celebrating their honeymoon in August at the Little Palm Island in Florida Keys.

This isn’t the first time James has been accused of cheating by a spouse.
