A desperate manhunt is underway for the Porsche driver at the centre of a crash on a Melbourne freeway that led to the deaths of four police officers three years ago.
Richard Pusey, 45, is wanted on two outstanding warrants for contravening a court order.
Pusey, who uses they/them pronouns, is described as Caucasian in appearance, about 190cm tall with short brown hair
They are also known to make changes to his appearance, police said.

Pusey is known to travel across Victoria both by vehicle and public transport.
Investigators released two images of Pusey on Friday in the hope someone may be able to provide information on their current whereabouts.
Pusey has previously spent time behind bars over sending graphic photos of four dying police officers killed in a horror crash on the Eastern Freeway in 2020.
They were jailed for 10 months last December but was released days later due to time already served.
