Reese Witherspoon appears to have a new man in her life as she was spotted with private equity financier Oliver Haarmann in New York City this week – one year after her divorce from second husband Jim Toth.
DailyMail.com can exclusively reveal Reese, 48, has been seen out on a string of dates with Haarman, 56, – whose ex-wife – businesswoman Mala Gaonkar, 54, is now in a relationship with musician David Byrne, 72.
Reese looked chic in a black dress and heels as she hopped into an SUV before a dinner date with Haarmann – who wore a white shirt and blue trousers.
The pair looked in great spirits as they chatted during the day – marking the second time they have been seen together this week.
They were also seen on Sunday arriving at a heliport together before heading to an apartment building.

Per Reese’s solemn divorce announcement, the twosome decided to go their separate ways with ‘a great deal of care and consideration.’

A source previously told PageSix that the imminent divorce was a ‘badly kept secret’ in Hollywood for months.
It was also shared that Reese is ‘upset’ over the marriage ending.
