The 53-year-old, who shares her two daughters with ex Eric Dane, 50, was smiling from eat to ear with the 77-year-old entrepreneur.
They were attending the pre-Oscar Chanel party at The Beverly Hills Hotel which also saw VIP guests such as Kim Kardashian and Heidi Klum.
Rebecca had on a black minidress with floral designed rhinestone accents on the straps and over the chest.
The beauty – who played Brad Pitt’s doomed wife in Once Upon A Time In Hollywood – wore her blonde hair up with curtain bangs hanging down.
Peter had on a dark suit with a black tie and white shirt.

The mogul used to date Vogue supermodel Linda Evangelista from 2006 until 2010. His ex-wife Tarlton Morton died in 2017 at age 55.
It’s unclear how long Rebecca and Peter have been involved.
Rebecca and the restaurant mogul were seen on what appeared to be a double date with Claudia Schiffer and husband Matthew Vaughn, when they were visiting Los Angeles in early April 2023.
The Vanished star has been single for several years after splitting from Eric Dane in 2018.
The former couple have never finalized their divorced, but have remained friends as they co-parent their girls Billie, 13, and Georgia, 11.
The four of them shared a family vacation together in Cabo San Lucas over the winter holidays in late December early January.
