Meredith Marks shockingly revealed she got a postnuptial agreement drawn up when she was worried her marriage to husband Seth seemed on the verge of divorce on Tuesday’s episode of The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City on Bravo.

‘The reason we have a post-nup 15 years into the marriage,’ Meredith, 51, said. ‘You were very disconnected from me at that point in time. I was moving with three children from Chicago to Park City, Utah, where if you were to get a divorce it is not favorable for women in Utah. I was worried that I would lose my children, be stuck somewhere that I didn’t know and that he would leave me.’

Meredith said the postnuptial was strictly about custody of their children and didn’t deal with finances.

‘You were afraid I was going to leave you?’ Seth said.

Seth admitted at that point he wasn’t there for his family from an emotional standpoint and apologized.

Meredith and Seth opened up while sitting down to record for their podcast ‘Hanging by a Thread’.

Seth said Meredith wanted to invite 350 people to their wedding and insisted on having it either at the Ritz Carlton or Four Season in Chicago.

Meredith then admitted that they had a post-nup drawn up when they seemed on the verge of divorce.

After all their confessions, Meredith realized they had actually not pressed the key to record their statements for the podcast.

The season four episode titled Mormons Get A Bad Rap opened with Lisa Barlow, 48, going to Whitney Rose’s house for wine and cheese. Whitney told her she was mortified by the way she and Monica Garcia acted at her jewelry launch event.

‘I didn’t start it,’ Lisa said.

‘I don’t care who started it,’ Whitney, 37, said. ‘You both should have enough self awareness and self control, you’re screaming and yelling at my business event!’

‘Okay, so it’s my fault that Monica is ridiculous,’ Lisa said.

‘No, it’s both of your faults,’ Whitney said.

Lisa apologized for her behavior. She said she had no problem with Monica other than how she upset and treated Angie Katsanevas, 48.

‘I’m triggered by the fact of what the f*** are you doing, Ange,’ Lisa said. ‘I don’t care if they are f***ing friends. That’s the bottom line.’

‘This seems like you care,’ Whitney said.

Whitney then lectured Lisa about using cuss words and raising her voice in her house.

‘All of a sudden, I’m Emily Post and I’m going to explain to you how you should behave,’ Lisa said in a confessional. ‘ Well let me get you a copy b**** because the first rule is don’t make your guest feel uncomfortable.’

Mary Cosby invited Heather Gay, 49, over to her house.

‘Mary’s decor is exactly like Mary’s personality,’ Heather said in a confessional. ‘You never quite know what you’re going to get. Green carpets, Chanel pillows, Dr. Seuss chairs from Whoville.’

Mary asked her how it felt for her to not be with a church after she wrote her book Bad Mormon.

‘You know how our community is,’ Heather said. ‘We don’t take kindly to dissenters.’

Mary then brought up that she had read the part in Heather’s book where she wrote about her and then skimmed through the rest.

‘That was the part that I remembered because it wasn’t true,’ Mary said.

‘The part that I wrote about you?’ Heather said. ‘Every word was true.’

‘No, it was not,’ Mary said.

‘Absolutely,’ Heather said.

‘I want you to know that I care about you,’ Mary said.

‘You have said I don’t even know that I look inbred,’ Heather said. ‘Do you think I look inbred?’

‘I do,’ Mary said.

Mary then apologized for saying that if it hurt her.

Heather said she was just trying to tell her stories authentically in the book but that other people have been angry at her, too. Mary told her she was proud of her for writing her book.

Monica saw her mother Linda pull up at her house and went outside to talk to her.

‘What are you doing here?’ Monica asked her.

Linda handed her back the keys to her car.

‘A peace offering,’ Linda said.

Linda promised she wouldn’t take the car away from her anymore. Linda said she wanted them to go to therapy together because the cycle of dysfunction in their family goes back years.

‘My mother and I have been to therapy together several times,’ Monica said in a confessional. ‘It did not help.’

Monica said she would think about it and then refused to drive her mother home.

‘You’ve got to be f***ing kidding me,’ Linda said walking away home.

Heather set up for her small book signing event. Lisa showed up to introduce her. Angie showed up and felt that Lisa was ignoring her.

‘I have not seen Lisa since our spiritual encounter at the sound bath,’ Monica said in a confessional.

Monica told Meredith how she got into with Lisa and how it got very nasty. Meredith encouraged her to try to respond to Lisa and not to just react.

Lisa got up and did a song and rap to introduce Heather.

‘That was awful,’ Monica said.

Heather got up and told people she never thought she would write a book.

‘I never wanted to be a bad Mormon,’ Heather said. ‘I wanted to be a good Mormon. And in fact, I wanted to be a perfect Mormon.’

Heather read an excerpt from her book that made Monica realize that they actually had a lot of similarities. Heather said it had been a great year for her.

‘I can’t believe that someone asked me to write a book,’ Heather said. ‘ I can’t believe people read the book. I can’t believe that people loved the book.’

Heather said she wanted to write more books. Lisa and Heather sat down together after the reading and said they felt they really had a breakthrough moment in their friendship and understood each other’s point of views.

‘It makes me really glad that she’s my friend and that she showed up for me today,’ Heather said.

Angie went up to Meredith and said she heard she was threatening to ruin her family.

‘But I’m not going to,’ Meredith said.

‘You don’t have the power to ruin my family,’ Angie said.

Meredith apologized if that was how it made her feel and said they should move on.

‘I’ve moved on Meredith,’ Angie said.

Lisa had Angie come over to her house to talk about their friendship. Lisa told her what bothered her was she said she didn’t want a relationship with Monica but then seemed to be by her side.

Angie said Monica asked for a sit down with her and explained her side. Angie said she was just trying to move forward with Monica but had been afraid to tell Lisa about it.

‘You’re weak, you’re afraid and you are a liar,’ Lisa said in a confessional.

Lisa felt that Angie was not being transparent with her. Lisa said she wanted more clarity and consistency.

‘You can do whatever with whomever, and it doesn’t mean you are better friends with someone else,’ Lisa did. ‘I don’t ever want you to feel that you can’t tell me something, Ange.’

‘I haven’t told you things and you’re hurt, and I’m sorry,’ Angie said.

‘Same,’ Lisa said. ‘So we’re good.’

They both then agreed to better friends to each other.
